| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية في جامعة القدس من وجهة نظر الهيئة التدريسية ، حيث يقدم هذا البحث منهجية قياس مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي وخصوصا في جامعة القدس من خلال عدد من الخطوات المتسلسلة والمنظمة. وتبين الباحثة من خلال هذه الدراسة مفهوم مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي،وتقوم بتوضيح خطوات قياس مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي. اعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال التطرق إلى مفهوم مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لمؤسسات التعليم العالي وأسباب الاهتمام بها،وتحليل المؤشرات من خلال وصف كل مؤشر تم تحديده.حيث تم اعتماد الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة القدس كمجتمع للدراسة باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة للقياس. وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى أن اهتمام مؤسسات التعليم العالي بمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية يعزز من مفهوم رفع مستوى الأداء في إداراتها وعملياتها التعليمية وإنتاجها البحثي ، ويساعدها أيضا في التأهيل للاعتماد الأكاديمي والمؤسسي، ويرفع من تصنيفها على المستوى العالمي. كما أن قياس هذه المؤشرات يساهم في معرفة مستوى التطور الملموس الذي وصلت إليه مؤسسات التعليم العالي في مجال تحقيق الجودة والتوافق مع الممارسات العالمية، مع إعطاء هذه المؤسسات مساحة من الإبداع والتميز والمنافسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: مؤشرات الأداء، تقييم المؤشرات، جودة التعليم، جامعة القدس. | ar |

| dcterms.abstract | This study aimed to identify the reality of the main performance indicators at Al Quds University from the point of view of the faculty, where this research presents the methodology of measuring the main performance indicators of higher education institutions, especially The University of Jerusalem through a number of serial and organized steps. Through this study, the researcher demonstrates the concept of key performance indicators for higher education institutions and illustrates the steps of measuring key performance indicators in higher education institutions. In this study, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach by addressing the concept of key performance indicators for higher education institutions and the reasons for their interest, and analyzing the indicators by describing each indicator identified. The researcher found that the interest of higher education institutions in key performance indicators enhances the concept of raising the level of performance in their departments, educational processes and research production, and also helps them qualify for academic and institutional accreditation, and raises their classification at the global level. Measuring these indicators also contributes to the level of tangible development reached by higher education institutions in achieving quality and compatibility with practitioners. | en |
