Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى توظيف التعلم القائم على العمل والصعوبات التي تواجهه في المدارس الثانوية المهنية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة الخليل للعام الدراسي ( 2022- 2021) .
وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الثانوية المهنية في مدارس محافظة الخليل , وبلغ عددهم (400) معلم ومعلمة, وتم أخذ عينة بطريقه عشوائية طبقية , حيث بلغت نسبة العينة (%50) , وبلغ عدد أفراد العينة (200) معلم ومعلمة.
استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي, فكانت أداتا الدراسة هما الاستبانة والمقابلة, وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة بعرضها على محكميين مختصين , والتأكد من ثبات الأداة بأستخدام معامل الثبات كرونباخ الفا, وتم تحليل البيانات بأستخدام حزم البرامج الاحصائيه SPSS.أما المقابلة تكونت من (6) أسئلة جاءت من مجالات أداة الاستبانة.
وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى, وجود درجة أستخدام عاليه حول توظيف التعلم القائم على العمل والصعوبات التي تواجهه في المدارس الثانوية المهنية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة الخليل , وتم التوافق معها من قبل نتائج المقابلة التي أجريت مع المعلمين .
عدم وجود فروق ذات دلاله احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (≤0.05) بين متوسطات استجاباتهم حول توظيف التعلم القائم على العمل في المدارس المهنيه في محافظة الخليل تبعأ لمتغير ( الجنس, التخصص, سنوات الخبره, الفرع المهني ), ووجود فروق ذات دلاله احصائية عند مستوى الدلالةتبعأ لمتغير المؤهل العلمي , وهذه الفروق لصالح ماجستير فأعلى.
عدم وجود فروق ذات دلاله احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (≤0.05) بين متوسطات استجاباتهم حول الصعوبات التي تواجه المعلمين في المدارس المهنيه في محافظة الخليل تبعأ لمتغير ( الجنس, المؤهل العلمي, التخصص, سنوات الخبره, الفرع المهني )
وبناءً عليه توصي الباحثة بتقديم دورات تدريبية للمعلمين المهني , وتوفير الدعم المالي والمعنوي من اجل التطوير والتغيير في المدارس المهنية , وتوفير الأمكانات المادية من أدوات وأجهزة ومستلزمات الأمن والأمان وخاصة تأمين ضد الحوادث في الورشات الخطرة, وإجراء دراسات أخرى تتعلقبالمدارس المهنية بمتغيرات مختلفة .
This study aimed to identify the employment of work-based learning and the difficulties it faces in vocational secondary schools from the point of view of teachers in the Hebron Governorate for the academic year 2022-2021.
The study population consisted of all secondary vocational school teachers in Hebron Governorate schools, and their number was (400) male and female teachers.A stratified randomsample was taken, the sample percentage was (50%), and the sample number was (200) maleand female teachers.
The researcher used the descriptive approach, the study tools were the questionnaire and the interview, and the validity of the tool wasconfirmed by presenting it to specialized arbitrators, and the stability of the tool was confirmed using the Cronbach reliability coefficient Alpha, and the data were analyzedusing the SPSS statistical software package. As for the interview, it consisted of (6) questions that came from the fields of the questionnaire tool.
The results of the study found :
There is a high degree of use about the employment of work-based learning and thedifficulties it faces in vocational secondary schools from the point of view of teachers inHebron governorate, and it was agreed with by the results of the interview conducted with teachers.
There are no statistically significant differences, according to the variable (gender, specialization, years of experience, professional branch), and There are statistically significant differences according to the educational qualification variable, and these differences are in favor of a bachelor's degree or higher.
According to difficulties facing teachers in vocational schools the study showed that There are no statistically significant differences due to the variable (gender, educational qualification, specialization, years of experience, professional branch).
Based on the conclusions the researcher recommend providing training courses for professional teachers, providing financial and moral support for development and change in vocational schools, providing material capabilities of tools, devices, and requirements for security and safety, especially insurance against accidents in dangerous workshops, and conducting otherresearch on vocational schools with different variables.
