| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على أثر كل من الرفع المالي والرفع التشغيلي على الأداء المالي للشركات الصناعية والخدماتية المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين، حيث قامت الباحثة بدراسة القطاع الصناعي والقطاع الخدماتي لجميع الشركات المدرجة في بورصة فلسطين خلال الفترة (2010_2019)، وبلغ عدد الشركات 22 شركة وتم اختيار 11 شركة كعينة للدراسة من هذه الشركات بأسلوب العينة الطبقية العشوائية البسيطة، واستخدم المنهج التحليلي الكمي القائم على أساس الرجوع الي بيانات السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية للشركات المشمولة في الدراسة ومن ثم استخدام نموذج التأثيرات العشوائية لفحص الفرضيات التي شملت على انه لا يوجد أثر للرفع المالي والرفع التشغيلي على الأداء المالي المتمثل بالعائد على الأصول, القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة ,القيمة السوقية المضافة , حصة السهم الواحد . وتوصلت الدراسة الي مجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها (1) : يوجد أثر سلبي للرفع المالي على الأداء المالي المقاس من خلال العائد على الأصول والقيمة الاقتصادية المضافة , (2) : يوجد أثر إيجابي للرفع التشغيلي على الأداء المالي المقاس من خلال العائد على الأصول, (3): يوجد أثر إيجابي للرفع التشغيلي على الأداء المالي من خلال القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة حيث أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها(1): تقليل الاعتماد على الديون في الهيكل المالي للشركة نظرا لأثرها السلبي على العائد على الأصول والقيمة الاقتصادية المضافة (2): ضرورة زيادة كفاءة استغلال الأصول الثابتة في توليد الإيرادات نظرا لأثرها الإيجابي على العائد على الأصول والقيمة الاقتصادية المضافة. The study aimed to find out the effect of the financial leverage and operating leverage on the financial performance (economic value added, return on assist, marketing value add, and enringing per share) of industrial and services companies listed in Palestine securities exchange during (2010_2019) total society was (22) companies but the sample of the study included (11)companies ,industrial companies and service companies, to achieve the amie of the study, a quantitative analysis methodology was used based on cross-sectional time series (panel data) to test the hypotheses which were if there any statistical effect from financial leverage and operating leverage on financial performance represented by ROA,MVA,EPS, EVA . The most important finding of the study where (1) There is a negative effect of the fluctuation of the financial leverage and on the financial performance on the economic value added and return on assets of industrial and services companies (the sample as whole) and on the economic value add of industrial companies. (2) There is a positive effect of the fluctuation of operating leverage on the economic value added of industrial companies. (3) There is a positive effect of the fluctuation of operating leverage on the return of assets of industrial and service companies (the sample as whole) and on industrial companies. Based on these findings, The important recommendations are to: (1) reduce the debits of the finance of the company for it negative influence of the return on assets and additional economic value, (2): you should need to increase the efficiency of the exploitation of fixed assets generating revenues for is positive impact on return on assets and the additional economic value | |
