Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of intellectual capital in achieving organizational ambidexterity in health organizations "Case Study of the Palestine Red Crescent Society", where the researcher addressed to the dimensions of the intellectual capital of human capital, structural capital and venture capital relationships, and have dimensions of organizational ambidexterity which are exploitation and exploration, and to achieve the objective of the study the researcher used descriptive analytical, the researcher used the survey tool to collect and analyze data to discuss questions study, conducted the study of administrators working in the Palestine Red Crescent Society who consists of (160),comprehensive inventory was applied the study community and recovered (100) questionnaires which represent (62.5%) The results showed that the role of intellectual capital in the Palestine Red Crescent Society came high, whereas structural contributes to a greater degree in the intellectual capital in the Palestine Red Crescent Society which represent(75.9%) followed by venture capital relationships with(70.9%) then human capital with(69.5%), the results also there are no significant differences in the responses of respondents towards the role of intellectual capital in the Palestine Red Crescent Society according to the following variables:(gender, age, educational attainment, occupation, and the number of the years of service) , also the results showed the level of achievement of organizational ambidexterity in the Palestine Red Crescent Society also came high (80.8%) The study concluded the most important set of recommendations that the need to develop the personal skills of the workers of the Palestine Red Crescent Society and work to eliminate the overlap between the tasks assigned to the employees, which would raise some problems between them and generate feeling of distrust and satisfaction during the performance of tasks.
