| dc.description.abstract | يتناول هذا البحث علما وفقيها من أعلام بيت المقدس هو شهاب الدين أحمد بن حسين بن رسلان الرملي، المتوفي سنة 844ه، ويعد ابن رسلان فقيها من فقهاء المسجد الأقصى على المذهب الشافعي، والذي انتهت إليه رئاسته في فلسطين، وهو من العلماء الأجلاء الذين كتبوا في موضوعات مختلفة، فكتب في الأصول والفقه والحديث والعقيدة واللغة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى ابن رسلان وكتبه الثلاث الأهم وهي صفوة الزبد، منظومة نظمها ابن رسلان في الفقه على المذهب الشافعي، ثم كتابه لمع اللوامع في توضيح جمع الجوامع لابن السبكي، ثم شرح سنن أبي داود. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ ابن رسلان اجتهد ضمن المذهب الشافعي، لكنه لم يتعصب له، وخالفه في بعض الأحيان، لكنه غالباً ما كان يلتزم بالمذهب، وفي شرحه لكتاب جمع الجوامع اهتم بوضع عبارات وشرح بعض الاستشكالات والاستدراك عليها، وشرح سنن أبي داود شرحاً مسهباً مخرّجاً أحاديثه تارة ومغفلاً لها تارة أخرى. واعتمد في شروحاته ومؤلفاته على أمات كتب المذهب الشافعي. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة البحث عن علماء فلسطين الأجلاء على كافة المذاهب ودراسة فقههم وكتبهم وتعريف القارئ بهم. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | This research deals with a scholar and a jurist from the notables of AlQuds, Shihab al-Din Ahmad ibn Husayn ibn Arslan al-Ramli, who died in the year 844 AH. Various books on principles, jurisprudence, hadith, creed and language This study aims to identify Ibn Arslan and his three most important books, Safwat al-Zabad, a system organized by Ibn Arslan in jurisprudence according to the Shafi'i school of thought, then his book Lama' al-Lawama' fi Tahradih Jama' al-Jawa'i by Ibn al-Subki, then Explanation of Sunan Abi Dawud. The study concluded that Ibn Arslan worked hard within the Shafi’i school of thought, but he did not become fanatical towards it, and he sometimes disagreed with it, but he often adhered to the school. His conversations at times and foolish at other times. It was used in his explanations and writings on the books of the Shafi'i school of thought. The study recommended the need to search for evacuation Palestinian scholars of all sects, study their jurisprudence and books, and introduce the reader to them. | en |
