dc.description.abstractهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع رأس المال الفكري ودوره في تحقيق الابتكار: دراسة مطبقة على القطاع الخاص في محافظة الخليل، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، حيث استخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة والمقابلة لجمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين في المستويات الإدارية العليا في (10) شركات كبرى في محافظة الخليل، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (192) شخصاً، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، وأظهرت النتائج أن واقع رأس المال الفكري في القطاع الخاص في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر العاملين في المستويات الإدارية العليا كان متوسطاً، بمتوسط حسابي (3.54) ونسبة مئوية بلغت (70.8%)، وأن واقع الابتكار في القطاع الخاص في محافظة الخليل من وجهة نظر العاملين في المستويات الإدارية العليا كان متوسطاً، بمتوسط حسابي (3.50) ونسبة مئوية بلغت (70.0%). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة ودالة إحصائياً بين رأس المال الفكري وأبعاده وبين تحقيق الابتكار وأبعاده، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط للعلاقة بينهما (0.944). وأظهرت النتائج أن المتغيرات المستقلة (رأس المال البشري، ورأس المال الهيكلي، ورأس المال العلائقي( تؤثر في (الابتكار)، حيث فسرت ما مقداره (89.6%) من التغير في الابتكار، وأن (رأس المال العلائقي) حاز على المرتبة الأعلى فـي القوة التفسيرية للابتكار، حيث فسر (85.3%) من التغير في الابتكار. من خلال النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: توجيه الاهتمام برأس المال البشري في المرتبة الأولى ودعمه، وتفعيل مفاهيم رأس المال الفكري ضمن الهيكل التنظيمي للمؤسسات كوحدات تنظيمية مستقلة، والعمل على تعيين الخبرات الشابة التي تملك قدرات على الابتكار والابداع وخلق ميزه تنافسية لشركاتهم. The study aimed to identify the reality of intellectual capital and its role in achieving innovation: at the private sector in Hebron Governorate. In (10) major companies in the Hebron Governorate, the study was applied to a sample of (192) people, who were chosen by the intentionality method. The results showed that the reality of intellectual capital in the private sector in Hebron Governorate from the point of view of workers at the higher administrative levels was average with a mean of (3.54) and a percentage of (70.8%), and that the reality of innovation in the private sector in Hebron Governorate from the point of view of workers at the higher administrative levels was average, with a mean of (3.50) and a percentage of (70.0%). The study found that there were statistically significant differences in the mean scores of the study sample members on the innovation scale from the point of view of workers at higher administrative levels, according to the gender variable, in favor of males, the age variable in favor of those (30 years and less), and the educational qualification variable, in favor of (Bachelor, Master's, Ph.D.), and the job title variable, in favor of (the official). While the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of the study sample members on the innovation scale from the point of view of employees at the higher administrative levels for the variable years of experience. Through the findings of the study, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: directing attention to human capital in the first place and supporting it, activating the concepts of intellectual capital within the organizational structure of institutions as independent organizational units, and working to identify young experts who have the capabilities of innovation, creativity and creation competitive advantage for their companies.
