| dc.description.abstract | This study deals with Abdul-Salam Al-Husseini's divan, who born in Jerusalem in 1267 AH/ 1850 AD, and died in 1345 AH/ 1926 AD, and lived in the late of Ottoman era. The researcher had investigated the poet's life, and inquiry the aforementioned divan and study it objective and technical study; in terms of poetic purposes such as occasions and congratulations' poetry, praise, visits, flirtation, attributive, and inscriptions, etc. then she moved to artistic side to study the poet's language, method, analogy, and poetic music. The researcher considered the necessity of accomplishing this study because of the precious literary and historical items that divan contains, in addition to her certainty that none of the researchers mentioned this subject in their researches; so it is necessary to take its place in science. The researcher followed the integrative approach, then the historical approach to follow the poet's life and the political, educational and cultural circumstances in his time, and the analytical and psychological approaches to analyze his poetry and study it objectively and technically, and the statistical approach to statistic what he use of the subjects, meters, rhythms, and create tables for each of them. The researcher has concluded to several conclusions and recommendations, the most important of them are: Provisions may not be generalized to writers to include all writers of the era, and the investigating divan has a great importance at the literary, historical and educational levels, and the poet has received a wide knowledge and culture, and he had dated a number of his poems, and he had a close relations with his contemporaries. The researcher recommended studying this science in schools and universities. | en |
