| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور رأس المال الفكري ودوره في تحقيق الإبداع في الجامعات الفلسطينية، حيث تناولت الباحثة أبعاد رأس المال الفكري المتمثلة برأس المال البشري، ورأس المال الهيكلي، ورأس مال العلاقات، وتناول أبعاد الابداع المتمثلة بالابداع الإداري، وابداع الخدمة، وابداع العمليات، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات وعرضها وتحليلها لغرض الإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة، و تكونت الإستبانة من ( 68 ) فقرة، موزعة على ( 6 ) محاور، تم تطبيقها على مجتمع الدراسة، وقد أجريت العمليات الإحصائية اللازمة باستخراج الأعداد والنسب المئوية، والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لكل فقرة من فقرات الاستبانة، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل الثبات كرونباخ ألفا (Alpha Cronbach) ،وتحليل الإنحدار المتعدد، و تحليل التباين الأحادي one way ANOVA))، وذلك باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية (SPSS). أجريت هذه الدراسة في الفترة الواقعة بين شهر أكتوبر 2021 وحتى شهر ابريل 2022، ونفذت في الجامعات الفلسطينية ( جامعة القدس، جامعة الخليل، جامعة البولتكنك، وجامعة بيت لحم )، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء الهيئة الأكاديمية في هذه الجامعات، والبالغ عددهم (1805) عضو هيئة تدريس متفرغ، وتم تطبيق العينة القصدية على مجتمع الدراسة، وذلك نظراً لتعدد التخصصات والمستويات الإدارية والأكاديمية، كما اشتملت عينة الدراسة على (300) عضو هيئة تدريس، أي بنسبة (16.5%) من مجتمع الدراسة، وتم استبعاد ( 2 ) استبانات لعدم صالحيتها للتحليل الإحصائي وتم تحليل (298) استبانة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع رأس المال البشري في الجامعات الفلسطينية جاءت بدرجة عالية، وبنسبة مئوية (77.5%). ولقد حصل مجال المهارات والقدرات على أعلى متوسط حسابي ومقداره (4.06)، ومن ثم مجال المعرفة بمتوسط حسابي (4.00)، ومن ثم مجال الخبرة العملية بمتوسط حسابي (3.95)، يليها مجال الابتكار بمتوسط حسابي (3.81)، ومن ثم مجال فرق العمل بمتوسط حسابي (3.52). ويتناسب ذلك مع كل من دراسات شوشة وعبد الفتاح (2021) ودراسة مشمش (2018) ودراسة العثامنة (2017) ودراسة عبد القادر (2016). وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها أن يتم تبني خطة في الجامعات الفلسطينية من أجل وضع ممارسات رأس المال الفكري موضع التنفيذ ويتم متابعتها بمؤشرات قياس تحدد مدى التقدم في تحقيقها، توسيع نطاق الاهتمام بممارسات رأس المال الفكري في كافة مرافق الجامعات، الاهتمام بتحقيق الابداع في الجامعات الفلسطينية من خلال تعزيز وتوجيه الانتاج الفكري المعرفي وتحسين الأداء. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine the function of intellectual capital in fostering innovation in Palestinian colleges, where the researcher addressed to the dimensions of the intellectual capital of human capital, structural capital, and relationships capital , and have dimensions of creativity of administrative creativity, service creativity, and process creativity, To fulfill the goals of this study, the researcher employed a used descriptive analytical, and a questionnaire for data collection, presentation, and analysis in order to answer the research questions, which consisted of (68), (6) axes, have been applied to the study community, Used for data collection,analysis and discussion of the study questions, necessary statistical processes was conducted by extracting numbers and percentages, averages, standard deviations each paragraph of the questionnaire, Pearson correlation coefficient, Alpha Cronbach reliability coefficient, multiple regression analysis, and one-way ANOVA) utilizing SPSS. This study was conducted between October 2021 and April 2022 and was implemented in Palestinian universities (Al-Quds University, Hebron University, Polytechnic University, and Bethlehem University). The study population consisted of all members of the academic staff in these universities, totaling 1,805 full-time faculty members, the purposive sample was applied to the study community. The study's findings revealed that the reality of human capital in Palestinian universities was high, with a proportion of (77.5 percent ). The domain of talents and abilities received the highest arithmetic mean (4.06), followed by the domain of knowledge (4.00), the field of practical experience (3.95), the field of innovation (3.81), and finally the field of work teams (3.71). (3.52). This is congruent with the research conducted by Shusha and Abdel-Fattah (2021), Mishmish (2018), Al-Athamna (2017), and Abdel-Qader (2016). The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is that a plan be adopted in Palestinian universities to put intellectual capital practices into practice and be followed up with measurement indicators that determine the extent of progress in achieving them, as well as expanding the scope of interest in intellectual capital practices in all university facilities and in achieving creativity in universities.
