dc.description.abstractThe stage of implementing the penal provisions is the most serious and important of all stages related to criminal and penal cases. It moves the verbal sentences from its legal formation into on ground reality in order for the convicted to receive penalty through the implementation of penal provisions. Failure to enforce the provisions in the criminal cases make all the procedures taken useless. All of the Palestinian provision law No.3 /2001 , The Palestinian correctional and rehabilitation center law No. 6 /1998 and the Palestinian penal code No.16 /1960 carried out many of the legal statements and articles of implementing the penal provisions from different aspects . We found practical problems and difficulties obstruct the implementation of the penal provisions, including the related authorities who’s responsible of the implementation according to their to its jurisdiction.Also, what the provisions authorize and validate in which pushes us to know the Legal bottoms in the implementation of sentences according to the Palestinian criminal legislation. This study came out with set of results and recommendations which are included in the conclusion.en
