Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة كفايات معلمي ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في ضوء معايير الممارسة المهنية من مجلس الأطفال غير العاديين في فلسطين ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة استبانة تعتمد على معايير مجلس الأطفال غير العاديين لمعلمي اضطراب طيف التوحد كأداة لدراسة مكونة من 55 فقرة موزعة على 10 مجالات، وقد تم التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة صدق وثبات، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي،وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في محافظة الخليل، والبالغ عددهم (218)،في حين تم توزيع استبيان لعينة استطلاعية عددهم (30) معلم ومعلمة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الفعلية من (116) من معلمي ومعلمًات مراكز اضطراب طيف التوحد، اختيروا بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة؛ وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة كفايات معلمي الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متغيرات الدراسة (الجنس،المؤهل العلمي،سنوات الخبرة)؛ وأظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيةفي متغيرات الدراسة لصالح (التخصص).
The study aimed at knowing the degree of competence of teachers with autism spectrum disorder in lightof the professional practice standards of the Council for Extraordinary Children in Palestine and to achieve the objectives of the study. The researcher used a identification based on the Council for extraordinary children of teachers of autism spectrum disorder as a tool for study of 55 paragraphs spread across 10 areas. The researcher used the prescriptive curriculum, and the school community is one of all the teachers of children with autism spectrum disorder in Hebron governorate. (218), while a survey sample questionnaire of 30 teachers was distributed, and the actual study sample consisted of (116) From the teachers of autism spectrum disorder centers, they were selected in a simple random sample method. The results of the study showed that the degree of competence of children with autism spectrum disorder teachers came to a high degree and showed no statistically significant differences in the study variables (Sex, scientific qualification:years of experience), and showed statistically significant differences in study variables in favour of (specialization,).
