Abstract
This study aimed to determine islamic religion teachers perceptions degree at high basic stage toward thought patterns at North Directorate of education. The study sample consists of 100 male and female Islamic religion teachers'. The sample was selected randomly, and all of them were work at North Directorate of education. The researcher used the descriptive method. The researcher also prepared a questionnaire to measure the thought pattern of Islamic religion teachers'. The researcher used means and standard deviations, Independent t- test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and the Cronbach Alpha reliability equation. The results showed a high degree of thought pattern of Islamic religion teachers', and there is no differences related neither to gender, academic specialization, experience, and qualification. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended conducting more studies on the relationship between different thought patterns and some variables and using other measurement instruments to support the study with more accurate results.
