Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة"بابا روما بندكت السّادس عشر: سيرته،وموقفه من الإسلام من خلال كتابه:"بلا جذور": دراسة تحليليّة"، إلى فهم الدّوافع الفعليّة وراء مواقف بابا روما بندكتوس السّادس عشر من الإسلام، وتحديدًا المواقف الواردة في كتابه: "بلا جذور" والمواقف الواردة في محاضرة "الإيمان والعقل"، الّتي ألقاها في جامعة ريجنسبرغ في ألمانيا.
وقد دفعني إلى هذه الدراسة أسباب عديدة، منها:عدم وجود ترجمة-فيما أعلم- لكتاب "بلا جذور"،وكذلك الرغبة في فهم مواقف بابا روما ضدّ الإسلام،في أكثر من مؤلف له،والّتي أثارت غضب المسلمين في أرجاء الأرض،وكذلك غياب سيرة حياة أكاديميّة لبابا روما بندكت السّادس عشر ومواقفه من الإسلام،وأخيرًا ضرورة فهم الموقف الرسمي للمسيحيّة الكاثوليكيّة من الإسلام من خلال مؤلفات بابا روما بندكت السّادس عشر.
وللوصول إلى النتائج المرجوّة،فقد اعتمدت في دراستي هذه المنهج التّكامليّ، فاستخدمت التاريخيّ،والوصفيّ،والتّحليليّ،في جمع المعلومات من مصادرها،ومقارنتها،وتحليلها من أجل الوصول إلى النتائج المرجوّة.
وقد خلُصت هذه الدراسة إلى خمس نتائج هي:
1. تعتبر مواقف بندكت السّادس عشر نابعة من أمرين،الأول:التحاقه بالشباب النازي في شبابه،والثاني:انضمامه للتيار اللّاهوتي الكاثوليكي المتطرّف في أثناء تدرّجه في عمله الكنسيّ.
2. أسهمت أزمة الوجود والهويّة التي تُعاني منها أوروبا الغربيّة،في صياغة كثير من المواقف المتشدّدة لبندكت السّادس عشر والتيار الذي يمثله،وذلك نابع في الأساس من تنكّر أوروبا الغربيّة للكنيسة الكاثوليكيّة،ورفضها الاعتراف بدور المسيحيّة الكاثوليكيّة في صناعة الحضارة الأوروبيّة الغربيّة.
3. المواقف المسيحيّة الكاثوليكيّة من الإسلام تأتي ضمن سلسلة طويلة من العداء الغربي للإسلام،تبدأ من لحظة ظهور النبيّ محمد، في التاريخ،وهذا العدّاء الغربي يشمل كلّ معالم الإسلام: الدينيّة،والحضاريّة، والثقافية.
4. كان بندكت السّادس عشر متعمّدا فيما قاله في محاضرة "الإيمان والعقل" حول الإسلام والنبيّ محمّد وأكّد على ذلك من خلال الصّيغة النّهائيّة للمحاضرة الّتي نشرها موقع الفاتيكان الرسميّ.
5. تتقاطع مواقف بندكتوس السّادس عشر من الإسلام مع مواقف اليمين الأوروبيّ الغربيّ المتطرّف،في مسائل كثيرة،منها:الموقف الرافض للمهاجرين المسلمين،ورفض المظاهر الإسلاميّة في أوروبا الغربيّة،وربط الإرهاب كمسمّى ومضمون بالإسلام فقط.
The study, "Pope Benedict XVI, his biography, and his position on Islam through his book "Without Roots"-An analytical study", aimed to understand the actual motives behind Pope Benedict XVI's positions on Islam, specifically the positions contained in his book "Without Roots" and the positions contained in the "Faith and reason" lecture, delivered at the University of Regensburg in Germany.
Several reasons pushed me to this study, including: the lack of translation - as far as I know - of the book "Without Roots", as well as the desire to understand the positions of the Pope of Rome against Islam, in more than one of his authors, which aroused the anger of Muslims around the world, as well as the absence of An academic biography of Pope Benedict XVI and his positions on Islam, and finally the need to understand the official position of Catholicism on Islam through the writings of Pope Benedict XVI.
In order to reach the desired results, in this study, I relied on the following methods: historical, descriptive, and analytical, in collecting information from its sources, comparing and analyzing it, in order to reach the desired results.
This study reached several results, the most important of which are:
1. Benedict XVI's positions stem from two things, the first: his joining the Nazi youth during his youth, and the second: his joining the extremist Catholic theological movement, during his progression in his ecclesiastical work.
2. The crisis of existence and identity that Western Europe suffers from contributed to the formulation of many hard-line positions for Benedict XVI and the current he represented, stemming primarily from Western Europe’s denial of the Catholic Church, and Western Europe’s refusal to recognize the role of Catholic Christianity in the making of Western European civilization.
3. Christian-Catholic attitudes toward Islam come within a long series of Western hostility to Islam, starting from the moment the Prophet "PBUH" appeared in history, and this Western hostility includes all aspects of Islam, religious, civilizational and cultural.
4. Benedict XVI was deliberate in what he said in the lecture “Faith and Reason” about Islam and the Prophet, and he confirmed this through the final version of the lecture published by the official Vatican website.
5. Benedict XVI’s positions on Islam intersect with the positions of the Western European extreme right, in many issues, including: the position of those rejecting Muslim immigrants, rejection of Islamic manifestations in Western Europe, and linking terrorism as a name and content to Islam only.
