| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس خصائص التخطيط المدرسي في مديرية ضواحي القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمدراء، في ضوء متغيرات الدراسة وهي: الجنس، الجهة المشرفة، المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري ومعلمي المدارس الحكومية والخاصة في مديرية التربية والتعليم ضواحي القدس، الواقعة في الضفة الغربية، في العام الدراسي 2022/2023م، المُوزعين على (74) مدرسة حكومية و(37) مدرسة خاصة، والبالغ عددهم (1818) معلم/ةً. و(111) مديراً ومديرةً، تم اختيار (318) معلماً ومعلمة من هذه المدارس، واختيار (21) مديراً ومديرة، وذلك بالطريقة العشوائية. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس خصائص التخطيط المدرسي في مديرية ضواحي القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت عالية، بمتوسط حسابي بلغت قيمته (3.91) للدرجة الكلية، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) في متوسطات استجابات أفراد عيّنة الدراسة لدرجة تطبيق مديري المدارس خصائص التخطيط المدرسي في مديرية ضواحي القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، الجهة المشرفة، المؤهل العلمي)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) تعزى لمتغيرات عدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح أقل من 5 سنوات. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، اقترحت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات منها: مشاركة المعلمين في إعداد الخطط المدرسية، واستمرار مديري المدارس في وضع الخطط المدرسية في حدود الإمكانات المادية والبشرية، وتنظيم شؤون المدرسة بداية العام الدراسي، وتوزيع المهام والمسؤوليات على المعلمين بشكل واضح بما يتناسب وقدراتهم. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | The current study aimed to identify the degree of school principals applying the characteristics of school planning in the Jerusalem Suburbs Directorate from the point of view of teachers and principals, in the light of the study variables, namely: gender, supervising authority, educational qualification, and number of years of experience. To achieve the objective of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was used. The study population consisted of all principals and teachers of public and private schools in the Directorate of Education, the outskirts of Jerusalem, located in the West Bank, in the academic year 2022/2023 AD, distributed among (74) public schools and (37) schools. Especially, the number is (1818) teachers. And (111) male and female principals. (318) male and female teachers were selected from these schools, and (21) male and female principals were chosen randomly. The results of the study showed that the degree of school principals applying the characteristics of school planning in the Directorate of the Suburbs of Jerusalem from the point of view of teachers was high, with an arithmetic mean of (3.91) for the total score. The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) In the averages of the responses of the study sample to the degree of school principals’ application of the characteristics of school planning in the Jerusalem Suburbs Directorate from the point of view of teachers, due to the variables (gender, supervising authority, academic qualification), and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) Attributable to the variables of the number of years of experience in favor of less than 5 years. In the light of these findings of the study, the researcher suggested a set of recommendations, including: the continuation of school principals in developing school plans within the limits of material and human capabilities, organizing school affairs at the beginning of the school year, and clearly distributing responsibilities to teachers. | en |
