| dc.description.abstract | يعد تجميد الحيوانات المنوية من النوازل الحديثة، والتي انتشرت في المجتمعات الإسلامية والغربية بنسب كبيرة، وقد تم إنشاء بنوك لأجل الاحتفاظ بها، فكان من اللازم بيان ماهية هذه العملية وما الأسباب الداعية إلى فعلها وما هي آثارها على الفرد والمجتمع، وما هو حكمها في الشريعة. وقد تناولت هذه الدراسة معنى تجميد الحيوانات المنوية والبويضات وبينت الدراسة كيفية وآلية عملية التجميد، وشرحت الأسباب الصحية والشخصية الداعية إلى اللجوء لهذه العملية لدى كل من الرجل والمرأة، ثم وضحت الحكم الشرعي في جواز القيام بعملية التجميد إذا دعت الحاجة لذلك ضمن شروط وضوابط، ثم ذكرت بعض الحالات التي يجوز فيها اللجوء للتجميد، وذكرت أيضًا بعض الحالات التي يحرم فيها اللجوء للتجميد، ثم وضحت المقصود ببنوك المني والبويضات، وما هي المصالح والمفاسد المترتبة على إنشائها، ثم خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى جواز تجميد الحيوانات المنوية والبويضات بشروط وضوابط. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | Freezing sperm is a modern calamities, which has spread to Islamic and Western societies in large proportions, and banks have been created to keep them، It was necessary to explain what this process is, what reasons for its action, what are its effects on the individual and society, and what is its ruling in the Sharia. This study examined the meaning of freezing sperm and eggs, and the study showed how the freezing process is automated, and explained the health and personal reasons for resorting to this process for both men and women، Then she clarified the legal ruling on the permissibility of carrying out the freezing process if the need arises for that within conditions and controls, then she mentioned some cases in which it is permissible to resort to freezing, and also mentioned some cases in which resort to freezing is prohibited, and then clarified what is meant by semen banks and eggs, and what interests and spoilers arise from their establishment، Then this study concluded that sperm and egg banks may be established with conditions and controls. | en |
