dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the perceptions of Mathematics teachers in Hebron governorate around electronic educational platforms and their relationship to their teaching competencies – The researcher adopted the descriptive correlational approach on a simple random sample, which included (175) teachers from both genders during the second semester in (2020/2021). The researcher set up a questionaire to measure the perceptions of Mathematics teachers around electronic educational platforms consisting of (27) paragraphs and a questionair to measure the teaching competencies of Mathematics teachers in Hebron governorate, consisted of (35) paragraph, the instruments' validity and reliability were both verified, the reliability coefficient of the first instrument is (0.91) and the second instrument is (0.92), both questionairs were distributed electronically. The results showed that the perceptions of Mathematics teachers for upper primary stage in Hebron governorate around electronic educational platforms were moderate, with an average of (3.13), and standard deviation of (0.67), and revealed that the level of teaching competencies among Mathematics teachers for upper primary stage in Hebron governorate was high, with an average of (3.93), and standard deviation of (0.52). The results also revealed that there are no stasically significant differences in the mathematical averages of the perceptions of Mathematics teachers for upper primary stage in Hebron governorate around electronic educational platforms attributed to the variables of gender, specialization, years of experience, and scientific qualification. The results also revealed that there are no stasically significant differences in the mathematical averages of the level of teaching qualification among Mathematics teachers for upper primary stage in Hebron governorate attributed to the variables of gender, specialization, years of experience, and scientific qualification. According to the results, the researcher recommended: to encourage and motivate Mathematics teachers to use electronic educational platforms and develop the infrastructure of electronic learning.en
