| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدِّرَاسَة التعرف إلى دور العقوبات التَّقليديَّة والبديلة في مكافحــة الجرائــم الإلكترونيّة، من وجهة نظر العاملين في نظام العدالة الجنَائيَّة في محافظة أريحا، وتم استخدام المنهــج الوصفـي بشقه الكميِّ في تحليل جوانب الدِّرَاسَة، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، وتشكلت عينة الدِّرَاسَة من عينة طبقية عشوائية بلغت (186) من العاملين في نظام العدالة الجنَائيَّة محافظة أريحا. وقد خرجت الدِّرَاسَة بالعديد من النَّتائج، مِنْ أهمِّهَا: أنَّ الآثار النَّفسِيَّة والاجتماعيَّة للعقوبات التَّقليديَّة والبديلة في مكافحة الجرائم الإلكترونيّة كانت مرتفعة على مجالات الدِّرَاسَة الأربعة، كذلك أشارت النَّتائج لعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً، حسب مُتَغَيِّرات الجنس وسنوات الخبرة، ومكان العمل، أي أنَّه لا يوجد تأثير للمُتَغَيِّرات الديمغرافية للمبحوثين في إجاباتهم، في حين كان هناك فروقٌ تُعْزَى لمُتَغَيِّر المُؤَهِّل العِلْميّ ولصالح مستوى (ماجستير ودكتوراة)، والمُسَمَّى الوَظِيفيّ ولصالح قاضي وبالتالي تؤثر هذه المُتَغَيِّرات في إجابات المبحوثين حول دور العقوبات التَّقليديَّة والبديلة في مكافحــة الجرائــم الإلكترونيّة، وقد أوصت الدِّرَاسَة ضرورة البحث في موضوع العقوبات البديلة لمرتكبي الجرائم الإلكترونيّة؛ كونها تعمل على التقليل من التأثير النفسي للعقوبات التَّقليديَّة من خلال التركيز في الإصلاح والتحسين الفردي، والتأثيرات الايجابية للعقوبات البديلة، وإجراء المزيد من الدِّرَاسَات. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to identify the role of traditional and alternative punishments in combating cybercrimes from the perspective of those working in the criminal justice system in Jericho Governorate. Also, it aims to identify the effect of some demographic variables such as gender, job title, qualification, experience and place of work. Analytical descriptive approach was used, by using the questionnaire as tools for the study. The sample of the study consisted of sample of (186) Workers in the criminal justice system in Jericho Governorate chosen by stratified random individuals. In addition,. The results showed that that the total degree of the psychological and social effects of traditional and alternative punishments in combating cybercrime was high on the four domains. Moreover, there are no statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of gender, experience and place of work. On the other hand, there are statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of, qualification in favor of M.A and PhD and to job title in favor of judge. The study recommended the necessity of studying the issue of alternative punishments for cybercrime perpetrators, as they work to reduce the psychological impact of traditional punishments by focusing on individual reform and improvement, and the positive effects of alternative punishments. | en |
