| dc.description.abstract | تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف واقع الدبلوماسية الشعبية الرقمية الفلسطينية في تسليط الضوء على قضايا المرأة في غزة خلال الحرب الإسرائيلية على القطاع (2023–2025) وتبرز أهمية الدبلوماسية الرقمية كأداة فاعلة في العلاقات الدولية المعاصرة، خاصةً في ظل قدرتها على تحدي الروايات الرسمية، وكشف الإشاعات والمعلومات المضللة، لا سيما في القضايا العادلة كالقضية الفلسطينية. وعلى الرغم من الانتشار الواسع للمحتوى الرقمي المتعلق بمعاناة النساء خلال الحرب، فإن تأثير هذا الخطاب ظل محدودًا مقارنةً بالخطاب السياسي والإنساني العام يُشير إلى وجود فجوة تمثيلية في السرد الرقمي لقضايا النساء. وتهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل مدى فعالية الدبلوماسية الشعبية الرقمية في إبراز معاناة النساء، والكشف عن العوامل التي أسهمت في تهميش هذه القضايا ضمن الخطاب الرقمي الفلسطيني كما تسعى إلى تقديم توصيات تُسهم في تحسين تمثيل النساء في الرواية الرقمية، وتعزيز الوعي المحلي والدولي بمعاناتهن. تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال أسلوب تحليل المضمون، حيث تم وصف وتحليل المحتوى الرقمي الذي أنتج من قبل الدبلوماسية الشعبية الرقمية الفلسطينية حول قضايا المرأة في غزة خلال حرب 2023-2025، وستتناول منهجية الدراسة تحليل مضمون الموضوعات التي قامت الصفحات الإلكترونية محل الدراسة بنشرها لجمهورها خلال المدة الزمنية المحددة ضمن عينة الدراسة. تنطلق الفرضيات من أن الدبلوماسية الشعبية الرقمية لم تُخصّص حيزًا كافيًا لقضايا النساء خلال العدوان، وأن تركيز الخطاب الرقمي كان موجهًا بشكل أكبر نحو الجوانب السياسية والعسكرية. تنبع أهمية الدراسة من مساهمتها في كشف أوجه القصور في التمثيل الرقمي لقضايا المرأة في أوقات النزاع، وطرح آليات لتفعيل الخطاب الرقمي النسوي ضمن أدوات الدبلوماسية الشعبية الفلسطينية. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | This study explores the reality of Palestinian digital grassroots diplomacy in highlighting women's issues in Gaza during the Israeli war on the Strip (2023–2024). It underscores the growing importance of digital diplomacy as an influential tool in contemporary international relations, particularly in challenging official narratives and exposing misinformation, especially in the context of just causes like the Palestinian issue. Despite the widespread circulation of digital content addressing women’s suffering during the war, its impact remained limited compared to broader political and humanitarian narratives. This indicates a representational gap in the digital discourse concerning women's experiences. The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital grassroots diplomacy in shedding light on women's struggles, identify the factors contributing to the marginalization of these issues in the Palestinian digital narrative, and offer recommendations to improve the digital representation of women and enhance both local and international awareness of their plight. The study is based on the descriptive analytical approach, through the content analysis method, where the digital content produced by the Palestinian digital public diplomacy on women’s issues in Gaza during the 2023-2025 war was described and analyzed. The study methodology will deal with the content analysis of the topics that the electronic pages under study published to their audience during the time period specified within the study sample. The study hypothesizes that digital grassroots diplomacy did not adequately address women’s issues during the aggression, with digital narratives largely focusing on political and military aspects. The significance of this research lies in its contribution to uncovering the shortcomings in the digital representation of women’s issues during times of conflict and proposing mechanisms to activate a feminist digital discourse within Palestinian grassroots diplomacy. | en |
