The study aimed to identify the reality of strategic planning in Palestinian ministry of labour, and discussed implementation, obstacles, participation of strategic planning, in addition to illustrate the effect of the variables :sex, age, qualification, experience years, job title, place of residence on respondents . The research used the mixed method research design (qualitative and quantitative), then he developed a questionnaire to collect data , the study's population include administrative employers of general position of Ramallah of Palestinian ministry since they have a good knowledge about strategic planning, was 120, and used comprehensive survey of 120 were distributed which 111 valid for statistical analysis, analysis process and display of study result were done by statistical package of social sciences(SPSS), and conducted 5 interview with persons who have decision and persons out of Palestinian ministry of labour that participate in strategic planning process . The result of reality of strategic planning in Palestinian ministry of labour displayed a middle degree, the implementation was weak, and the ministry of labour has faced obstacles as fund and political statutes , and participation was medium, and that there no statistically significant difference at the level significant (α ≤0.05) in the answers of respondents in terms of reality of strategic planning of Palestinian ministry of labour due to the variables :sex, age, qualification, experience years, job title, place of residence.
