| dc.description.abstract | هدفـت هذه الدراسة التعرف الى واقع الكفاءة الداخلية الكمية لنظام التعليم الأساسي في مدارس محافظة الخليل، ومدى اختلافها باختلاف متغيري النوع الاجتماعي والمديرية. واستخدم الباحث طريقة إعادة تركيب الحـياة الدراسـية لحسـاب المؤشرات الدالة على هذه الكفاءة، وحساب الهدر التعليمي في هذه المرحلة. وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الطلبة في الفوج الدراسي 2010/2011 حتى 2018/2019 في مديريات التربية والتعليم الاربعة في محافظة الخليل، وهي (يطا، جنوب الخليل، الخليل، شمال الخليل)، والبالغ عددهم (17649) طالباً وطالبة حسب إحصائيات وزارة التربية والتعليم. وقام الباحث بتتبع مسيرة هذا الفوج وإجراء الحسابات الرياضية اللازمة للوصول الى القيم الرياضية الدالة على الكفاءة الداخلية الكمية لنظام التعليم الأساسي في مدارس محافظة الخليل. أظهـرت نتائج الدراسة أن الكفاءة الداخلية الكمية لنظام التعليم الأساسي في مدارس محافظة الخليل بلغت (86.0%)، وهذه القيمة تدلل على أن واقع الكفاءة الداخلية الكمية لهذه المدارس جاء بدرجة متوسطة ولم يرق الى المستوى المطلوب. وكانت الكفاءة الداخلية الكمية لمديرية تربية الخليل هي الأعلى، وبلغت 90.0%، في حين كانت اقل قيمة للكفاءة الداخلية الكمية لمديرية تربية يطا، وبلغت 72.5%. وجاءت الكفاءة الداخلية الكمية لمدارس الاناث أعلى منها في مدارس الذكور، حيث جاءت قيمتها لفوج الاناث (93.2%)، في حين جاءت لفوج الذكور (79.2%). كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الهدر التعليمي لمرحلة التعليم الأساسي في المحافظة بلغ (14%)، وكان للذكور أعلى منه للإناث، ولمديرية الخليل أقل من المديريات الأخرى. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات منها: تنفيذ القوانين والأنظمة والتشريعات التي تقضي بتنفيذ إلزامية التعليم وتطبيقها في المرحلة الأساسية، وسن التشريعات والقوانين التي تمنع عمل الفتيان دون سن السادسة عشرة. وتغيير أساليب التدريس التقليدية، وتوفير البيئة المدرسية الجاذبة. This study aimed to identify the status of the internal quantitative efficiency of the basic education system in the schools of Hebron Governorate and its difference according to the variables: gender and the directorates. The study used the method of restructuring the school life to calculate the indicators of this efficiency, and to calculate educational waste at this stage. The study population consisted of all students in the academic year 2010/2011 to 2018/2019 in the four directorates: Yatta, South Hebron, Hebron, North Hebron, their number is (17649) students, according to the statistics of the Ministry of Education. The researcher tracked the progress of this cohort and performed the necessary mathematical calculations to arrive at the mathematical values indicating the quantitative internal efficiency of the basic education system in the schools of the Hebron Governorate. The results of the study revealed that the quantitative internal efficiency of the basic education system in Hebron Governorate schools reached (86.0%). This value indicated the degree of quantitative efficiency was medium .The quantitative efficiency was in favor of Directorate of Hebron, with value of (90.0%), and the lowest efficiency was in the Directorate of Yatta, with value of (72.5%). The quantitative efficiency in the governorate was in favor of females, as the internal quantitative efficiency of the male was 79.2% and for the female internal quantitative efficiency was 93.2%. The researcher made necessary recommendations: implementing laws, regulations and legislation that require the implementation of compulsory education and its application in the basic stage, enacting legislation and laws, which prohibits the work of boys under the age of sixteen, including changing traditional teaching methods and providing an attractive school environment. The results of the study also showed that the educational wastage of the basic education stage in the governorate amounted to (14%); it was higher for males than for females, and for Hebron district, it was lower than other districts. | |
