Abstract
This study aimed to identify the obstacles facing the teachers of the lower basic stage
in digital learning and its relationship to their technological enlightenment. On a
regular random sample, it consisted of (123) male and female teachers, and the
researcher prepared a questionnaire to measure the obstacles, and a test to measure the
level of technological enlightenment. The tools are fieldwork, and the results showed
that the obstacles facing the teachers of the lower basic stage in digital learning are
medium, and that the level of technological enlightenment among the teachers of the
lower basic stage is low, and the results showed that there are no statistically
significant differences in the arithmetic averages of the obstacles facing the teachers
of the basic stage. world in Digital learning is attributed to the gender variable, while
it showed that there were statistically significant differences in the field (obstacles
related to learners) that were in favor of males. It also showed that there were no
differences attributable to the variable of practical qualification, years of experience,
and school gender. It also showed that there were no statistically significant
differences in the arithmetic averages of the level of technological enlightenment
among the teachers of the lower basic stage due to the variable of gender and school
gender for the cognitive and skill dimensions, while there were differences in the
dimensions (moral, decision-making) that were in favor of females in both variables I
and I While the results showed that there were no differences attributed to the variable
of academic qualification and years of experience, and the results showed a negative
correlation between the obstacles facing the teachers of the lower basic stage in digital
learning and their level of technological enlightenment….
