The importance of this study lies in the fact that it talks about a scholar of Hanafi jurisprudence, who is Sheikh «IbnGhanem Al-Maqdisi», as he is considered one of the diligent in the Hanafi school, and his saying is approved in the school, so the nation received its fatwas with reassurance and acceptance. The message was introduced to Sheikh IbnGhanem Al-Maqdisi, and I started talking about the family of Al-Ghanem from which Sheikh IbnGhanem came from, and then translated it: I mentioned his name, surname, surname, birth, origin, elders and disciples, doctrine, and belief, and the message also contained the definition of the era that He lived by IbnGhanem, may God have mercy on him, which is the Ottoman era, then explain the political, social, economic, scientific and cultural life. The study also showed the degree of the imam and his scientific standing among his peers, and his status, and applied it among the classes of Hanafi jurists, as long as his statements are numbered within the opinions attributed to the Hanafi school. The letter also contained the definition of the Hanafi school of thought, through the identification of its founder, Imam Abu Hanifa, and the origins of the Hanafi school, then how its doctrine spread through its literature. The letter focused on the influence of Sheikh IbnGhanem - may God have mercy on him - in the Hanafi jurisprudence through his book "The Light of the Candle" and his letters, in which he answered questions posed to him from the elders of the Hanafi school of his era, so the Sheikh was the mark of the Hanafi school in his era, and it is clearer in those who have translated it And many of his students who spread Hanafi jurisprudence in Egypt and Palestine, and the stage in which the Sheikh lived is the stage of the late Hanafi school of thought, which is the stage of stability for the school of thought, and he is one of the hard-working in the school of thought. The importance of this study lies in its collection of issues that the Sheikh worked hard on, from the mothers of the Hanafi books, and in her statement the position of IbnGhanem in the Hanafi school, and the extent of the adoption of his jurisprudence views.
