| dc.description.abstract | This research comes in the context of contributing to the dissemination and protection of the Islamic heritage , to join scientific research in the same field , and at the same time to protect it from neglect , damage, and loss. The importance of this investigation stems from the value of the book itself, and its author. The book is one of the important books in Islamic jurisprudence in general , and is considered in the jurisprudence of the Hanafi School in particular. The researcher relied on four copies , three of which are manuscripts, and the fourth is an unpublished publication, to control the text and determine its validity; by interviewing each other and comparing them to the differences in the text. One of the most important findings reached by the researcher is that the book " Fatah al – Qadeer " has never achieved a scientific investigation, although it is printed by virtue of the manuscript. And that the name of the correct book is " Fatah al – Qadeer ," as stated by al-Sharih in the introduction to the book , not "Sharh Fatah al-Qadeer" as stated in the title of one of the printed copies. The book has a cognitive integration that combines jurisprudence , Hadith and rulings. It includes the news , the effects, the movable and the reasonable , the explanation and the correction. The researcher recommended the establishment of a specialized and cooperative center with the universities of the homeland, the volunteers of the graduates , and the relevant institutions in order to achieve the manuscripts , study and maintenance; they are the memory of the nation and the fruit of the efforts of their scientists and their scientific and research creations | |
