Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التصورات نحو توجه التكامل (STEM) وعلاقتها بالتطور الذاتي لدى معلمي العلوم في مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا، ومن أجل تحقيق غرض الدراسة فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة قوامها(200) معلم ومعلمة في مجال تخصص العلوم والفيزياء والكيمياء والأحياء من مديريات يطا، واختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية، وأعد الباحث أداة الدراسة، مكونة من قسمين: القسم الأول تناول المتغيرات الديمغرافية: (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، التخصص) والقسم الثاني تناول عرض لتصورات المعلمين لتوجه نحو التكامل (STEM)، ومتلطبات (STEM)، والتطور الذاتي، واستخدم برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) من أجل إخراج النتائج.
توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ايجابية بين تصورات معلمي العلوم نحو توجه التكامل بين العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات (STEM) والتطور الذاتي لديهم في مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا، وأن درجة تصورات معلمي العلوم نحو توجه التكامل (STEM) في مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، بينما درجة توفر متطلبات التدريس باستخدام (STEM) من وجهة نظر معلمي العلوم في مديرية تربية وتعليم مديرية يطا جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات درجات التصورات نحو توجه التكامل (STEM) وعلاقتها بالتطور الذاتي لدى معلمي العلوم في مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، التخصص)، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، و أن درجة التطور الذاتي لدى معلمي العلوم من وجهة نظرهم في مديرية تربية وتعليم مديرية يطا جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات درجة التطور الذاتي لدى معلمي العلوم من وجهة نظرهم في مديرية تربية وتعليم يطا تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، التخصص)، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة).
وأوصت الدراسة بتشجيع المعلمين لمادة العلوم والفيزياء والكيمياء والأحياء للمشاركة في الأنشطة العلمية والتجارب البحثية لمنحى (STEM) من أجل زيادة خبرتهم من المعارف والخبرات المتعلقة بالتدريس، والتي تساعد على رفع مستوى التطور الذاتي للمعلم، وتحديد الاحتياجات والمتطلبات اللازمة لتطبيق (STEM) في المدارس، وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات في مجال تطبيق (STEM) والتطور الذاتي في محافظات الوطن.

The study aimed to identify the perceptions towards the direction of integration (STEM) and its relationship to the self-development of science teachers in the Directorate of Education in Yatta. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. Physics, chemistry and biology from the Yatta districts, and they were chosen randomly, and the researcher prepared the study tool, consisting of two parts: the first part dealt with the demographic variables: (sex, educational qualification, years of experience, specialization) and the second part dealt with a presentation of the teachers’ perceptions of an orientation towards integration (STEM), STEM requirements, self-development, and the statistical analysis program (SPSS) was used to produce the results. The study found a positive relationship between science teachers' perceptions of STEM integration and their self-development in Yatta Directorate of Education, and that the degree of science teachers' perceptions of STEM integration in Yatta Directorate of Education was high. While the degree of availability of teaching requirements using (STEM) from the point of view of science teachers in the Directorate of Education of the Yatta Directorate came in a medium degree, and there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the average degrees of perceptions towards the integration orientation (STEM) and its relationship to development The self-development of science teachers in the Directorate of Education of Yatta is due to the variables (gender, specialization), while there are statistically significant differences attributed to the variables (educational qualification, years of experience), and that the degree of self-development of science teachers from their point of view in the Directorate of Education of the Directorate of Yatta It came with a high degree, and there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the averages of the degree of self-development of science teachers from their point of view in the Directorate of Education in Yatta due to the variables (sex, specialization), while there are statistically significant differences at the level of Significance (α≤0.05) attributed to the variables (educational qualification, years of experience(. The study recommended encouraging teachers of science, physics, chemistry and biology to participate in scientific activities and research experiments of the (STEM) approach in order to increase their experience of knowledge and expertise related to teaching, which helps to raise the level of self-development of the teacher, and to identify the needs and requirements necessary for the application of (STEM) in schools, and to conduct More studies in the field of STEM application and self-development in the country's governorates.
