| dc.description.abstract | The study aims at investigating the Malaysian Development Model which can be applied in an Arab context. To achieve this, the present study adopted the analytical descriptive method, since it fits the nature and details of this study. The researcher divided the study into six chapters to answer the following question of the study. Is it possible to use the Malaysian Model in an Arab Context? After addressing the study significance, questions, hypotheses, terminology, and the relevant chapters, the researcher has come to two main findings: First, The Malaysian experience was based on the development of both human resources and the natural resources. Second, The Malaysian model can be applied in the Arab world if relevant obstacles were addressed. The study concludes by recommending the adoption of the Malaysian Model in schools of Economics and Political Sciences, and by also recommending conducting more research in the field. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الستكشاف النموذح التنموي الماليزي الذي يمكن تطبيقه في سياق عربي. و لتحقيق ذلك اعتمدت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتالئمه مع حيثياتها ومعطياتها، ولتحقيق ذلك تم االعتماد على عدة مصادر ومراجع ذات عالقة في موضوعها. حيث قسمت هذه الدراسة الى ستة فصول شكلت المنهجية التأليفية والشكلية وحاولت اإلجابة عن اشكاليتها التي تمثلت في سؤالها الرئيسي: ؟ هل ممكن االستفادة من النموذج التنموي الماليزي عربيا وبعد التطرق الى كل من أهميتها واسئلتها وفرضياتها ومصطلحاتها، والفصول ذات العالقة بها تو صلت الدراسة بنوع من المقارنة والمقاربة الى نتيجتين رئيسيتين. األولى: ان التجربة الماليزية في مرتكزاتها قامت على تنمية الموارد البشرية مع تنبيه الموارد الطبيعية ً أدى الى تقدمها. ً تنمويا وخلقت بذلك نموذجا ً ثانيا: يمكن في حالة التخلص من المعيقات التي تحد من االستفادة من النموذج التنموي الماليزي عربيا التنمية المتكاملة. ً على إيالء أهمية في كما أوصت الدراسة على أجراء مزيد من الد ارسات في هذا المجال، والتركيز أيضا تدريس هذه التجربة في كليات االقتصاد والعلوم السياسة في جامعتنا العربية. | ar |
