dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the role of kindergarten in developing the values of pre-school children from the point of view of kindergarten teachers in southern Hebron Directorate, and to show the effect of the study variables regarding (years of experience, kindergarten type, educational qualification, kindergarten location). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher conducted a descriptive approach where a questionnaire was used as a study tool. It was distributed to the study sample consisting of (240) teachers from kindergartens in the year 2020/2021 and the data was analyzed and showed the following results. The role of kindergartens in developing values for pre-school children from the point of view of kindergarten teachers in southern Hebron Directorate was high, as the arithmetic mean of this level was (4.17) from a maximum scale of (5) degrees.There are differences between the averages of the kindergarten’s role in developing values for a pre-school child from the point of view of kindergarten teachers in South Hebron Directorate due to the years of experience variable in favor of the teachers whose experience exceeds 10 years.There are differences between the averages of the kindergarten’s role in developing values for a pre-school child from the point of view of kindergarten teachers in southern Hebron Directorate due to the kindergarten variable, as it was in favor of the private kindergarten.There are no differences between the averages of the kindergarten’s role in developing the values of pre-school children from the viewpoint of kindergarten teachers in South Hebron depending on the educational qualification variable. The results also showed that there were no differences in the role of kindergartens in developing values of pre-school children from the viewpoint of kindergarten teachers in southern Hebron according to the kindergarten's location variable.The research recommended for increasing the number of courses and educational workshops for kindergarten teachers, working on establish a specific curriculum kindergarten level, increasing the number of kindergarten supervisors and guiding the kindergarten teachers to diversity teaching methods.en
