dc.description.abstractThis study aimed at understanding the efficiency of internal quality of the psychological and educational graduate program at Al Quds University and its influencing factors from the view point of students and teachers in order to suggest a developmental model. The researchers used the descriptive approach which fits this type of study. The population of the study consisted of 174 students and 18 faculty of which a sample of 86 students and faculty were selected by using a stratified random technique. The results revealed that the total degree of the efficiency of the internal quality, from the students and faculty perspective, was moderate. The results also revealed that the most important dimensions of the efficiency of internal quality was “its fulfillment of the needs of both students and society”. The least popular dimensions was “research and library services” The results indicated that no significant differences regarding sex and the academic status were found from the view point of students and faculty concerning the efficiency of the internal quality while a significant difference was found regarding the mean of the variable of specialty. The most influencing factors of the internal quality was: the delays of regular class meetings whereas, the least popular dimensions was the lack of funding for the educational. As a result of this study, the researchers recommended to have a critical review of the goals of educational and psychological graduate program at Al Quds University and presented a developmental model for this program.en_US
