| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مساهمة المنظمات النسوية في تنمية المرأة في الريف الفلسطيني بمحافظة رام الله والبيرة من وجهه نظر المستفيدات، من خلال خمس مجالات تنموية وهي الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية، السياسية، الصحية، القانونية، والتعرف على طبيعة البرامج التي تقدمها هذه المنظمات واُثرها على المنتفعات والصعوبات التي تواجهها في الحصول على البرامج. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، من أجل فهم وتفسير طبيعة المشكلة المدروسة. وتم اعداد "استبانة" لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، واجريت الدراسة على النساء المستفيدات من المنظمات النسوية وبرامجها في محافظة رام الله، واختيار عينة قصدية منتظمة تكونت من 100 مستفيدة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الرئيسية التالية: -أكدت 67%من المستفيدات أن المؤسسات النسوية ساهمت في تنميتهم. -استفادت 74% النساء من المشاريع التي قدمتها المؤسسات النسوية. -أشارت المستفيدات بأن البرامج والمشاريع التي حصلت عليها كان لها تأثيرا ايجابيا . -أكدت 61% من المستفيدات أنهم واجهوا صعوبات في الوصول إلى المؤسسات والحصول على برامجها. -قيمت المستفيدات المؤسسات النسوية وبرامجها إيجابيا بدرجة مرتفعة. وأوصت الدراسة بالتالي: 1-يجب على المؤسسات النسوية تطوير برامجها التي تتعلق بالجانب القانوني والحقوقي. 2-ضرورة اهتمام السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية في تقديم الدعم للبرامج والمشاريع التي تقدمها المنظمات النسوية، وإعطائها الحرية في العمل بشكل أكبر. 3-أن تسعى وزارة شؤون المرأة الأشراف بشكل أكبر على البرامج التنموية، التي تقدمها المؤسسات النسوية للنساء في الريف الفلسطيني. 4- ضرورة سعي القائمين على المؤسسات النسوية، الطلب من الجهات المانحة زيادة الدعم المادي للتطوير وتقديم خدمات متنوعة للنساء. | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to reveal the contribution of Palestinian women organizations in women development in rural areas in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate from women benficiries precpective, through five development dimensions; social, economic, political, health, and legally. In addition, to be introduced to the nature of the programs that these organizations provide and their impact on the beneficiaries, and the challenges they face when obtaining the programs. The research's approach is descriptive, in order to comprehend and interpret the research problem. A questionnaire was prepared to achieve the study's goals, which was conducted on the women beneficiaries from the women organizations and on their programs. One hundred random sample of women was chosen from seven organizations. The study's results are as follows: -The majority of women confirmed that the women organizations contributedintheir development. -The majority of women benefited from the projects that the organizations offer. - The women benefeceries indicated that the programs and projects have had a positive impact on them. -The beneficiaries faced some challenges in reaching the organization and obtaining their programs. -The women benefeceries evaluated the women organizations and their programs highly positive. The Study's Recommendations are as follows: -The women organizations should take into consideration the women's needs while formulatingtheir programs and courses that get implemented. -Working towards programs and courses that focus on women empowerment in the legal aspect. - Creating mechanisms to follow up on the beneficiaries after the end of the programs and training courses. - Facilitate the women's access to programs by setting up appropriate mechanisms. - Providing vocational training and rehabilitation opportunities for women to access the labor market. | en |
