Abstract
يتناول البحث موضوع الانتماء للوطن من منظور ديني " دراسة مقارنة " . وتكمن مشكلة البحث
في كونه يعالج الوطنية كفكرة ظهرت في العصر الحديث لم يكن لها وجود في فتاوى الفقهاء في
العصور القديمة .
اعتمدت الباحثة في كتابة البحث الأسلوب التاريخي بالرجوع إلى جذور الوطنية، وكذلك
المنهج الوصفي في وصف الوطنية، عرضت آراء كل من وافق أو عارض الوطنية والمواطنة من
الأحزاب السياسية والدينية والوطنية، وتوضيح أدلة كل منهم ، وبيان أوجه الشبه وأوجه الاختلاف
بين تلك الآراء، ثم بيان الرأي الذي ترجح لدي حسب قوة الدليل. وقامت الباحثة ببيان مواضع
الآيات بذكر أرقامها، وأسماء السور التي وردت فيها، وتخريج الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة، والحكم
عليها .
توصلت الدراسة أن الوطنية في الإسلام تختلف عنها عند غير المسلمين مهما سعوا إلى ضبطها
بالقوانين والأنظمة؛ وذلك لأن الإسلام نظام حياة شامل وكامل، ينظم جميع جوانب الحياة دون
تقصير أو ظلم لأنه من عند االله تعالى .
وتناولت الدراسة الحقوق والواجبات المترتبة على الوطنية، وتوصلت إلى أنه يتوجب على الدولة
القيام بعدد من الواجبات تجاه افرادها اهمها الحق في الكرامة وفي المقابل فان على الافراد واجبات تجاه وطنهم عليهم الالتزام بها .
وتعرضت الدراسة الى مؤسسات التربية الوطنية وبينت اهمية دورها في بناء الرد سليماً لخدمه وطنه
وتوصلت الدراسة في نهاية البحث إلى عدد من النتائج ، أهمها : الوطنية في القواميس اللغوية
العربية تدور حول المكان والإقامة فيه، وهذا المعنى اللغوي للوطن قريب من المعنى الاصطلاحي
. عرفت المجتمعات القديمة المواطنة وكذلك المجتمع الإسلامي . بين الإمام حسن البنا موقف
الإخوان المسلمين من الوطنية وبين المقبول والمرفوض منها، أما حزب التحرير فيرفضون
الوطنية.
أما أهم توصيات الباحثة تدعو إلى وجوب توضيح مفهوم المواطنة بما يتناسب مع أحكام الإسلام
لمنع الخلاف والجدل حول مفهوم الوطنية، و العمل على تربية الأفراد تربية وطنية لاستغلال
طاقاتهم في خدمة وطنهم، وأيضا غرس القيم الوطنية المنسجمة مع أحكام الشرع في نفوس
الأفراد، بالإضافة إلى أن تعمل الدول العربية والإسلامية على إيجاد كيان واحد مستقل يحكم شرع
االله تعالى، ويحقق الوحدة، ويكون الانتماء للوطن الإسلامي الكبير الذي يضم جميع المسلمين، كما
توصي الباحثة بعمل أبحاث ودراسات توضح الفهم الصحيح للوطنية وتعمل على ترسيخ هذا الفهم
لدى الأفراد
Abstract: This research takes about belonging to the patriotism and loyalty to the nation from a religious perspective through a 'comparative study'. The research problem is that it discusses and deals with patriotism as a new idea that has appeared in the modern age and it was not found in the Fatwas of scholars in the ancient Islamic times. The data of the research depends on historical sources that go back to patriot roots, ideas , foundation, creation, description methodology, political movement view and theologian orientations. I have displayed the ideas and evidences of those who have agreed or disagreed with patriotism or nationalism, and the similarities and differences between them. Then I've revealed the opinion of the strongest proof and idea. I've also tried to prove this by the Holy Quran and Al- sonah. I found that patriotism in Islam differs from it for non-Muslims whatever they try to do to control it with rules and regulations because Islam is a complete and comprehensive system of human life in all their respective fields of various economic, political, cultural, social and global levels because it is from our God. The study tackles some patriot rights and duties, including: the government's duties toward its people, such as the right to human dignity, the people's duties toward their country, how the relationship is organized between citizens and country, and the educational society and its role to build the person as a good citizen. The results of the study an Arabic dictionary defines patriotism as allocation and home. The ancient and Islamic society knew patriotism. Al- Imam Hassan Al-Bana discussed the position of the Muslim Brotherhood (Al-Ikhwan Al-Moslemon) from patriotism and showed which was accepted and refused. But the Islamic liberation movement (Hezb AlTahrer( refused all the idea of patriotism. And the main recommendations of the study, the patriot idea must be cleared in line with the provisions of Islam to prevent argument and disagreement and to find a new Islamic generation who is able to serve his country. Then the Islamic country will be united again under the Islamic law. Finally, I recommend to do more researches and studies to clear the concept of patriotism and consolidate it to individuals.
