Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of quality application at UNRWA schools in Hebron educational zone, according to teachers' observations, where there are (509) teachers, for the academic year 2020/2021. In order to achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire consisted of (50) items distributed into four fields. The study sample consisted of (204) individuals, who were chosen by the stratified random method. The validity and reliability of the tool were confirmed by appropriate educational and statistical methods. The results of the study indicated that the total score of teachers' estimates at UNRWA schools in the Hebron educational zone came in a high degree for all study tool fields. The arithmetic mean of the total score was (3.94) and the total standard deviation was (0.46). It was also found that the most important fields of quality application in education among teachers at UNRWA schools were represented in the (administrative and organizational policy) with an arithmetic mean of (4.09) and a standard deviation of (0.47). The lowest field was (the local community) with an arithmetic mean of (3.81) and a standard deviation of (0.62). In addition, all of them were high. There were statistically differences among the individuals' estimates, due to the gender variable. There were no differences in the estimates of the quality application degree due to variables, including academic qualification, specialization, years of experience, and school location.
