Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير ممارسات إدارة سلسلة التوريد الأخضر على الأداء المستدام في الشركات الصناعية الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر الإداريين فيها، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الارتباطي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة العينة القصدية، وقد تم تحديد هذه الشركات بــ (14) شركة صناعية في محافظة الخليل مم مجموعه (42) شركة، وتم توزيع (155) استبانة على الإداريين فيها.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع تطبيق ممارسات إدارة سلسلة التوريد الأخضر بأبعادها في الشركات الصناعية الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر الإداريين فيها كان بدرجة متوسطة، وأن مستوى الأداء المستدام بأبعادها في الشركات الصناعية الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر الإداريين فيها، كان بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن إدارة سلسلة التوريد بأبعادها (الإدارة البيئية، والتصميم والإنتاج الأخضر، والشراء الأخضر، واللوجستيات الخضراء) تؤثر في الأداء المستدام في الشركات الصناعية في محافظة الخليل، كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق في تقييم واقع تطبيق الإدارة البيئية في الشركات الصناعية الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر الإداريين وكانت الفروق لصالح عمر (10 سنوات فأكثر)، وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في استجابات المبحوثين في تقييم مستوى الأداء المستدام (الأداء الاجتماعي، الأداء الاقتصادي) في الشركات الصناعية الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر الإداريين تعزى لمتغير عمر الشركة وكانت الفروق لصالح عمر (10 سنوات فأكثر).
وخرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، أهمها: التأكيد على استخدام الشركات الصناعية لأحدث الوسائل التكنولوجية لضمان توفير طلبات المواد الخام لتصنيع منتجاتها في أقصر وقت ممكن، لما أظهرته النتائج من دور التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تعزيز الممارسات الخضراء، وحث الشركات الصناعية للسعي إلى تعزيز إدارة سلسلة التوريد الخضراء، والمتمثلة في تطبيق الشراء الأخضر.
The study aimed to identify the impact of green supply chain management practices on sustainable performance in Palestinian industrial companies from the perspective of their managers. The study adopted a correlational approach and used a questionnaire as the study tool. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, targeting 14 industrial companies in Hebron Governorate out of 42 companies. A total of 155 questionnaires were distributed to their managers. The study concluded that applying green supply chain management practices in Palestinian industrial companies, from the perspective of their managers, was at a moderate level. From the managers ' viewpoint, the sustainable performance level in these companies was also moderate. The results showed that the dimensions of supply chain management (environmental management, green design and production, green purchasing, and green logistics) affect sustainable performance in industrial companies in Hebron Governorate. Additionally, the results indicated differences in the assessment of the application of environmental management in Palestinian industrial companies from the managers' perspective, favoring companies with an age of 10 years or more. There were also statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the respondents' evaluations of sustainable performance (social performance, economic performance) in Palestinian industrial companies from the managers' viewpoint, attributed to the company's age, with differences favoring companies aged 10 years or more. The study came up with several recommendations, the most important of which are emphasizing the use of the latest technological means by industrial companies to ensure the provision of raw material orders for manufacturing their products in the shortest possible time, as the results showed the role of modern technology in enhancing green practices; and encouraging industrial companies to strive to improve green supply chain management, mainly through the application of green purchasing
