| dc.description.abstract | This study explains the legal regulation for the foreign companies branches in Palestine. Through the attempt of explanation and interpretation of legal laws by reviewing the juristic references regarding that. Through comparing between the Jordanian corporate law No. 12 for the year 1964 which is enforced in the west bank. In comparison with the commercial corporate law No. 7 for the year 2012, enforced in Gaza, and the Palestinian corporate law project draft for the year 2010, the modified Jordanian corporate law No.34 for the year 2017, the Egyptian corporate law No. 159 , year 1981. The study used both the descriptive analytical methods and the comparative method to cover everything related to the subject, and to emphasize on the legal regulation organizing the foreign companies branches in Palestine. This study has two sections, the first is about the nature of these foreign companies branches, where it tackles the concept and the start up and registration of these branches; Whereas the second section tackles the administration, rights and obligations of the foreign company branch; In addition to the termination of the branch. This study mainly aims to research the rules which organize the branches of these foreign companies especially in Palestine. The most important results of this study regarding the legal regulation for the foreign company branches is that the law enforced in Palestine is the Jordanian corporate law No. 12 for the year 1964. Which is enforced in the west bank coming from the Jordanian era. And therefore, it didn't include all branches of foreign companies, as a result a new law in companies in Palestine should be regulated. Especially that there is a ready modern and developed project for a new law . | |
