| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to view of Factors affecting the sustainability of the performance of the tourism sector in Bethlehem Governorate during the Corona pandemic,To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population consisted of (146) workers in hotels and oriental antiques stores in the Bethlehem Governorate. (55) A single item that represents antiques shops. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for all data that was distributed electronically to the study sample, and after verifying the validity and reliability of the tool, the appropriate statistical analysis was conducted. It was clear from the results that the impact of the Corona pandemic on the performance of hotels and shops selling tourist antiques in the Bethlehem governorate came to a very high degree, and the results indicated that There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the degree of evaluating the performance of hotels and tourist antiques shops in Bethlehem Governorate during the Corona pandemic from a development perspective due to demographic variables (educational qualification, average monthly income of the facility, number of employees in the facility) , while it indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the degree of evaluation of the performance of hotels and shops selling tourist antiques in Bethlehem Governorate during the Corona pandemic from a developmental perspective due to the strong variables.
