| dc.description.abstract | This study dealt with the topic of preventive measures in Islamic law, and their role in preserving the necessary purposes, according to the following axes: Explaining the concept of preventive measures in a clear language, and linking them with verses from the holy Quran to clarify the meaning, explain the sections of preventive measures and their role in self-education and preservation of the purposes of Al-Sharaa, showing pictures of preventive educational measures on how to protect society from crime, clarifying the effect of preventive measures on the purpose of preserving the nation’s system and the influence of supreme legislation, stating the impact of preventive measures In preserving the necessary intentions, and linking some fundamentalist rules in achieving this goal. In her study ,the researcher followed the descriptive approach, taking advantage of the two approaches, inductive and analytical. The study consisted of an introduction, three chapters and an inclusion .The first chapter discussed the meaning of preventive measures, their types and images. The second chapter dealt with the effect of preventive measures on the purpose of preserving the nation’s system, the types of purposes, and the importance of the influence of legislation and its relevance to preventive measures. The third chapter dealt with the effect of the preventive measure in preserving the necessary destinations. It also dealt with the rule of filling excuses , the base of precaution and the rule of matters with its purposes and the link of each base with the preventive measures. In her study, the researcher concluded summarizing the most important results, including: The importance of preventing crime and damage before occurrence, and protecting the individual community from the criminals, and that intention makes the difference between a habit and a worship, and more than that, the behaviour or act may be legal or prohibited, according to the intention. The researcher also mentioned some recommendations, including: Attention to keeping the offspring through good upbringing and education, setting up scholastic syllabuses based on a system to raise the child from his early childhood on the teachings of Islam. | en |
