Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of evaluation of the implementation of the electronic recruitment system and its role in enhancing the principles of integrity, transparency and equal opportunities in filling government jobs in the state of Palestine, and to achieve the goals of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, where he designed a questionnaire that included (91) paragraphs divided into two parts, the first is the electronic recruitment system which is (Announcing jobs, receiving and sorting job applications, electronic exams, question bank, personal interviews and selection). As for the second part, it relates to integrity, transparency and equal opportunities in government jobs, and has enjoyed a degree of validity and reliability and consistency, as the total score for the part of the electronic recruitment system reached (0.96 ( and the overall degree of the part of integrity, transparency and equal opportunities in government jobs occupancy (0.95). The study community consisted of all employees of the human resources management departments in government departments in the state of Palestine who used the electronic recruitment system, which numbered 180 employees , and with the aim of conducting the study, a comprehensive survey method was used on all available community vocabulary, which numbered (170) employees, and the final sample retrieved from the study community members and valid for statistical analysis reached (152) questionnaires, which was considered A representative sample of the study. The study found that the overall score for the level of evaluation of the implementation of the electronic recruitment system in the state of Palestine was high, Also the overall degree of the axis of the system's role in enhancing integrity, transparency and equal opportunities in filling government jobs was high, The results of the study also showed a statistically significant relationship between the evaluation level of the implementation of the electronic recruitment system combined And its role in promoting the principles of integrity, transparency and equal opportunities, It was found that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of evaluation of the implementation of the electronic recruitment system and its role in promoting the principles of integrity, transparency and equal opportunities in filling government jobs in the State of Palestine due to variables (gender, age, educational qualification, type of government department, job title, and number of years of experience) . The study came out with a set of recommendations, the most prominent of s strengthening and supporting the electronic recruitment system with which ivarious capabilities, increasing interest in the process of recording and documenting personal interviews of candidates through video recording king the experience of other devices, developing a question bank by loocountries who apply and use such a system, generalizing the electronic system to include applicants for educational jobs In the Ministry of Education where system Developing the electronic exam they are still conducting a paper test,Regular training sessions for workers in to support people with disabilities,human resource departments and units on how to use the electronic recruitment system to bridge any knowledge gaps between workers
