dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التمويل المستدام الذي تقوم به منظمات المجتمع المدني في دعم برامج رعاية مرضى السرطان في المحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية، وذلك من خلال تحليل أبعاد هذا التمويل المتمثلة في بعد الحوكمة والبعد الاجتماعي والبعد البيئي. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث اعتمدت بشكل رئيسي في إطارها النظري على الأدبيات الحديثة في التمويل المستدام لسبر أغوار الموضوع، واستخدام أداتي الاستبانة والمقابلة الهيكلية لجمع البيانات من مصادرها الأولية، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من مختلف المستويات الإدارية العاملة في منظمات المجتمع المدني ممن ترتبط طبيعة عملهم بإدارة البرامج والمشاريع الخاصة برعاية مرضى السرطان، وقامت الباحثة بتوزيع أداة الدراسة المتمثلة بالاستبانة على مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (67) موظفاً، حيث تم استهدافهم بطريقة المسح الشامل، واسترد منها عدد (60) استبانة صالحة للاستخدام لأغراض التحليل، بنسبة استرداد بلغت 89.5)%)، أما ما يخص المقابلات المهيكلة فقد قامت الباحثة بإجراء مقابلات مع ذوي الخبرة - من فئة مدير ورئيس مجلس إدارة - في تلك المنظمات والبالغ عددهم (6) أفراد. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، تمثل أهمها في وجود درجة منخفضة من توافر التمويل المستدام الذي تقوم به منظمات المجتمع المدني الراعية لمرضى السرطان، الأمر الذي يؤثر سلباً على أدائها خاصة في ظل ما أظهره التحليل من وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية قوية، ذات دلالة إحصائية بين توفر التمويل المستدام لهذه المنظمات وقدرتها على دعم برامج رعاية مرضى السرطان، كما أشارت النتائج أيضاً إلى وجود أثر إيجابي معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لمتغير التمويل المستدام المتمثل في (بعد الحوكمة، البعد الاجتماعي، البعد البيئي)، على دعم برامج رعاية مرضى السرطان في المحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية، الأمر الذي يشير إلى أهمية مراعاة توافر هذه الأبعاد بكافة مكوناتها الأساسية اللازمة في هذا الخصوص. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التركيز على نشر الوعي بمفاهيم وأبعاد التمويل المستدام بشكل شمولي، وهو ما يتطلب من منظمات المجتمع المدني الراعية لمرضى السرطان التركيز على كل من البعد الاجتماعي والبعد البيئي وبعد الحوكمة للحصول على ثقة الممولين في توفير التمويل المستدام لدعم برامج رعاية مرضى السرطان في المحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية، وإدماجه في الإطار التنفيذي لتلك المنظمات لسد احتياجات مرضى السرطان على المدى الطويل، مع التركيز على قضايا التمويل التنموي وتغليبه على الطابع الإغاثي، وفتح قنوات الشراكة الاستراتيجية مع القطاع الخاص الذي يمكن أن يلعب دوراً مهماً في تقديم الدعم اللازم في الأطر الاجتماعية والبيئية والحوكمة التي تدعم برامج رعاية مرضى السرطان، مع الاهتمام بتطوير أداء الكوادر البشرية وتدريبها في مجال تجنيد واستقطاب الأموال من الجهات المانحة. Abed El Jawwad Supervisor: Dr. Ali Shaheen Abstract: The study aimed to identify the impact of sustainable funding implemented by civil society organizations in supporting cancer care programs in the Palestine’s Southern Governorates, by analyzing the dimensions of this funding represented in the governance, social and environmental dimensions. The study used the descriptive analytical method, where it relied mainly in its theoretical framework on recent literature in sustainable financing to explore the subject matter, the main primary data collection tools used were questionnaires and structural interview. The study targeted consist of deferent administrative levels working in civil society organizations whose nature of work is related to the management of programs and projects for the care of cancer patients, and the researcher distributed the study tool represented by the questionnaire to the study population of (67) employees, as they were targeted by the comprehensive survey method, and (60) questionnaires valid for use for analysis purposes were recovered, with a recovery rate of (89.5%), And for the structured interviews, the researcher conducted interviews with experts - from the category of manager and chairman of directors - in those organizations, who numbered (6) individuals. The study concluded that there is a low degree of availability of sustainable funding implemented by civil society organizations sponsoring cancer patients, which negatively affects their performance, especially in light of what the analysis showed of a strong positive correlation, with statistical significance. between the availability of sustainable funding for these organizations and their ability to support cancer care programs, Also the results indicated that there is a positive significant, statistically significant impact of the sustainable financing variable (the governance dimension, the social dimension, the environmental dimension) on supporting cancer care programs in the southern Palestinian governorates, which indicates the importance of taking into account the availability of these dimensions with all their components. essential in this regard. Eventually, the study highly recommended that The need to focus on spreading awareness of the concepts and dimensions of sustainable finance in a holistic manner, Also to focus on the social, environmental and governance dimensions to gain the trust of funders in providing sustainable funding to support cancer care programs in the governorates Southern of Palestinian, and integrating it into the executive framework of these organizations to meet the long-term needs of cancer patients, With a focus on development financing issues and their priority over relief, and opening strategic partnership channels with the private sector, which can play an important role in providing the necessary support in social, environmental and governance frameworks that support cancer care programs, With an interest in developing the performance of human cadres and training them in the field of fundraising from donors.
