Abstract
The current study aimed to identify the role of organizational justice for the outstanding performance of the employees of the Palestinian Ministry of Wakf and Religious Affairs in the West Bank, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, and the descriptive analytical method was used to conduct the study, The study sample consisted of the employees of the Ministry of Wakf and Religious Affairs in the West Bank -who meet the requirements-, (115) Questionnaires were distributed, and interviews were conducted with some specialized officials at the Ministry's headquarters, and (110) of the Questionnaires were retrieved, totaling a retrieval percentage of (98%), and the (SPSS) statistical program was used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that the Ministry of Wakf and Religious Affairs applies some of the aspects of organizational justice in its various dimensions, as the work environment in the ministry is characterized by Islamic philosophy and adherence to the teachings of the Islamic religion, in which the spirit of love and brotherhood prevails. as for distributive justice, and as it appears that employees feel that there is equality in the distribution of The tasks and burdens, with the importance of paying attention to them, and fairness in all dimensions of organizational justice, including procedural and transactional. the results showed that there is an implementation of the axes of the outstanding performance in the Ministry of Wakf and Religious Affairs comparing to what surrounds it from other -local and Arab- public sector institutions, also the ministry’s interest and encouragement of researchers in the field of scientific research to a large extent and bearing community responsibility and paying attention to improving the quality and work environment. The study concluded to a set of recommendations that would contribute to addressing weaknesses and the need to work on the ministry’s implementation of organizational justice regarding the outstanding performance of the employees in the ministry, with the importance of the senior management in the Ministry using procedures related to job decisions for the staff working in the Ministry of Wakf and Religious Affairs in a fair and transparent manner, and It’s role is in serving and adopting the justice of procedures, providing a positive atmosphere of cooperation, love, participation in decision-making, and strengthening the principle of respect among the employees of the ministry in a way that provides to the achievement of the general objectives of the ministry, with the necessity to provide material and moral support to the staff working in the ministry to encourage them to work harder and be efficient in their work, and to work on Introducing an incentive system for each department of the Awkaf Ministry related, which contributes to achieving the outstanding performance.
