dc.description.abstractأجريت هذه الدراسة في الفترة الواقعة بين أيار 2020 ونيسان2021، ومثل فيها ممارسي الانشطة السياحية الصحراوية وأصحاب المخيمات السياحية والأدلاء السياحيين والمؤسسات النشطة وقيادات المجتمع المحلي في مجتمع المبحوثين، وتم الاستعانة باستبيان خماسي المقياس كأداة بحثية رئيسية، أمّا المنهج البحثي فجاء وصفيا والعينة صدفية بواقع (67) مبحوث. أهم النتائج تمثلت في أنّ صحراء القدس غنية بمجموعة كبيرة من المقومات الطبيعية والتاريخية والاثرية والبشرية للسياحة الصحراوية، وأن السياحة الصحراوية في الواقع الفلسطيني مجدية تنموياً على كافة الأصعدة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية، وأن هناك فرصة حقيقية لنجاحها في الواقع الفلسطيني ونجاح ممارستها برغم من معيقات الاحتلال وحداثة التجربة الفلسطينية في هذا المجال. وأن أهم ما يدعم فرص نجاح السياحة الصحراوية قي الواقع الفلسطينية فهو الطبيعة والتضاريس المتنوعة والمقاصد الطبيعية مثل البحر الميت والمسارات البيئية والمواقع التاريخية والدينية مثل الاديرة والمزارات والتنوع الحيوي والمجتمعات البدوية ذات الطابع والتراث الثقافي الفريد. أشارت النتائج إلى أن أهم معيقات ممارسة وتطوير السياحة الصحراوية في منطقة الدراسة تتمثل في الإجراءات الاحتلالية وتقسيماته الإدارية للمناطق الفلسطينية وعرقلته العمل فيها، بالاضافة الى ضعف البنية التحتية وغياب الدور الرسمي على مستوى التنظيم والادارة والبيئة الداعمة للسياحة، وتأثر انشطة السياحة الصحراوية بالظروف السياسية والازمات العالمية. وأوصت الدراسة جميع الاطراف ذات العلاقة بالسياحة بدعم مبادرات السياحة الصحراوية وتطويرها وتنظيمها بكافة الوسائل لما لها من اهمية تنموية ووطنية في الحفاظ على الهوية الفلسطينية وتعزيز صمود الفلسطيني على أرضه، والعمل على خلق بيئة قانونية وإدارية، ودعم وتطوير استراتيجية ورؤية مشتركة لتنمية السياحة الصحراوية، وتطوير مسار بيئي صحراوي لصحراء القدس وتسويقها إعلامياً محلياً ودولياً، وتشجيع ودعم الاستثمار في السياحة الصحراوية المستدامة. ar

dcterms.abstractThis study was conducted between May 2020 and April 2021, in which practitioners of desert tourism activities, owners of tourist camps, tourist guides, active institutions, and community leaders represent the population of this study. A five-scale questionnaire was used as a main research tool, while the descriptive approach was adopted, and 67 respondents were accidently chosen. The most important results were that, Jerusalem desert is rich in a wide range of natural, historical, archaeological and human components of desert tourism, and that desert tourism in the Palestinian reality is developmentally feasible at all social, economic and environmental levels, and that there is an opportunity for its success in Palestine and the success of its practice despite the obstacles of the occupation and the newness of Palestinian experience in this area, and that the most important factors supporting the chances of success of desert tourism in the Palestine is the nature, diverse terrain, natural destinations such as the Dead Sea, environmental paths, historical and religious sites such as monasteries, shrines, biodiversity, and Bedouin communities with a unique character and cultural heritage. The results also show that the most important obstacles to the practice and development of desert tourism in the study area are the occupation measures and its administrative divisions of the Palestinian areas and their obstruction of work in them, in addition to the weakness of the infrastructure and the absence of an official role at the level of organization, administration and supporting tourism environment, and the desert tourism activities are affected by political conditions and global crises. The study recommended that all parties related to tourism should support, develop and organize desert tourism initiatives by all means because of their developmental and national importance in preserving the Palestinian identity and strengthening Palestinian steadfastness on land, and working to create a legal and administrative environment, support and develop a common strategy and vision for the development of desert tourism, and the development of trails and paths desert tourism for Jerusalem desert, marketing it locally and internationally, and encouraging and supporting investment in sustainable desert tourism.en
