Abstract
تتناول هذه الدراسة التفاعلات الرقمية في فضاء التواصل الاجتماعي وأثرها على السردية الفلسطينية ودراسة حالة لمدونين فلسطينيين حيث تهدف الدراسة الى استكشاف التفاعلات الرقمية في فضاء التواصل الاجتماعي واثرها على السردية الفلسطينية مع التركيز على دراسة حالة عدد من المدونين الفلسطينيين القائمين على كتابة السردية الفلسطينية ونقلها للأجيال القادمة فيعملون على توثيقها بالاستعانة بالأدوات الحديثة كالمنصات التفاعلية وتشير الدراسة الى وجود حرب رقمية في الفضاء الرقمي المتمثلة في السردية الفلسطينية المروية على السنة المدونين الفلسطينيين و الروايات الإسرائيلية المضادة حيث اصبح هناك تنافس شديد يستلزم تحليل ودراسة السرية الفلسطينية واستراتيجياتها مقابل تحليل وفهم استراتيجيات مجابهة الاعلام الإسرائيلي الذي يدعي ادعاءات كاذبة عن القضية الفلسطينية وهذا ضرورة لحفظ السردية الفلسطينية من الضياع والتحريف وتعزيز مصداقيتها امام الموقف الدولي والعالمي.
تعد منهجية الدراسة منهجية وصفية وتحليلية والمقاربة النوعية فتعمل على تحليل الخطاب الرقمي لمحتوى بعض المدونين الفلسطينيين على المنصات التفاعلية الرقمية، تم تحديد المدونين الفلسطينيين النشطين على المواقع التفاعلية كالتيك توك والانستغرام والفيسبوك وغيرها من المنصات كمجتمع دراسة وتم اختيار 19 مدون فلسطيني كعينة دراسة مختلفين في التخصصات والمحتوى لعمل مقابلات لضمان الشمولية وتنوع الميول الرقمية علما انه تم اختيار العينة بناء على سياق الدراسة ومتطلباتها، تشمل معايير اختيار عينة من المدونين نشاطا رقميا منتظما، والتركيز على السردية الفلسطينية، والتأثير الرقمي، والظهور الإعلامي أو الاقتباسات، والتخصص أو التميز النوعي، ومدونة شخصية، أو قناة يوتيوب، أو بودكاست، أو محتوى مرئي وثائقي يدعم السردية الفلسطينية.
وبالتالي تضمن المعايير الشمول الموضوعي في الدراسة ووجود العنصر المشترك وهو دعم القضية الفلسطينية وانهم منحازون بشكل واع لبذل الجهود في سبيل انشاء سردية فلسطينية واضحة وحقيقية وبالتالي تم اختيار عينة تمتاز بالوعي والدعم الحقيقي للسردية الفلسطينية من مختلف الجوانب كما انهم يمتازون بوجود اعداد متابعين كبيرة ولديهم مستوى تفاعل مرتفع على المنصات الرقمية وظهور اعلامي بارز.
تم تحديد الدراسة من خلال إضافة حدود مكانية تقتصر على المحتوى الفلسطيني المنشور في الفضاء الرقمي (فيسبوك، تيك توك، انستغرام وغيرها من المنصات) وحسب مع المراقبة لردود أفعال وتفاعل المتابعين، كما تم تحديد فترة الدراسة ما بين 2020م -2026م لعدة أسباب ابرزها الحصول على نتائج دقيقة بالإضافة الى ان الفترة ما بعد جائحة كورونا كانت نقلة نوعية الى العالم الرقمي وبالتالي الأداة الأكثر فعالية في الوقت الحالي هي المنصات الرقمية، وعليه تم تحديد ووضع حدود مكانية تتمثل في تحليل الاستراتيجيات التي تتبعها سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي عبر المنصات الرقمية وتأثير استهدافها للسردية الفلسطينية وخاصة الرقمية، كما تم تحديد الحدود البشرية بحيث تقتصر على المدونين الفلسطينيين الفاعلين في نشر السردية الفلسطينية عبر المنصات الرقمية.
تبحث الدراسة في معرفة أبرز أشكال واستراتيجيات التفاعلات الرقمية الإسرائيلي في فضاء التواصل الاجتماعي وكيف يتم توظيفها للقضاء على السردية الفلسطينية او اضعافها وبالتالي تبحث الدراسة لمعرفة الأدوات التقنيات التي يستخدمها المدونون لتقوية سرديتهم والحفاظ عليها وذلك من اجل معرفة دور وتأثير السردية الفلسطينية محليا ودوليا وتحديد الحدود والقيود التي يواجهها المدونين في مقاومتهم الرقمية المتمثلة في السردية الفلسطينية لمواجهة الحملات والهجمات الممنهجة من قبل الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لعرقلة نقلهم الرقمي وتوثيق مجريات الاحداث. وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في معرفة دور التفاعلات الرقمية كأداة مقاومة وتحديد العلاقة ما بين السرد الفلسطيني والفضاء الرقمي كما تتيح الدراسة تحليل استراتيجي للمدونين الفلسطينيين والقيود التي يتعرضون لها في سبيل إيجاد حلول مستقبلية دفاعا عن السردية الفلسطينية. وبالتالي توصلت الدراسة الى تعرض المدونين لاستراتيجيات ممنهجة كالتشويه الشخصي وتضليل المحتوى او تحريفه وغيرها من الاستراتيجيات كما يتم تقويض السردية الفلسطينية بعدة طرق كخلق سرديات إسرائيلية مضادة وفي المقابل أصبح المدونين لديهم وعي كافي يمكنهم من إيجاد بعض الحلول لدعم سرديتهم كدمج المرئيات والصوتيات والتوثيق والتبسيط، كما ان هناك قيود من المنصات الرقمية نفسها كالخوارزميات.
توصي الدراسة بعدة توصيات تتمحور حول تعزيز التوثيق والاتجاه للتدوين الجماعي بدلا من الفردي وتنويع الأساليب لتغطية أكبر قدر ممكن واوصت الجهات المختصة بتحسين الخوارزميات بما هو أكثر عدلا وانشاء رقابة متخصصة في ملاحقة الحسابات الوهمية. كما اوصت الجهات الاكاديمية والبحث العلمي بتوجيه البحوث العلمية نحو السردية الفلسطينية دوافعها واسبابها ونتائجها.
This study deals with digital interactions in the social media space and its impact on the Palestinian narrative and a case study of Palestinian bloggers, where the study aims to explore digital interactions in the social media space and its impact on the Palestinian narrative, with a focus on the case study of several Palestinian bloggers who are in charge of writing the Palestinian narrative and transmitting it to future generations, and they work to document it with the help of modern tools such as interactive platforms. The Palestinian Bloggers and the Israeli Counter-Narratives, where there has become a fierce competition that necessitates the analysis and study of the Palestinian secrecy and its strategies in exchange for the analysis and understanding of the strategies to confront the Israeli media that claims false claims about the Palestinian cause, and this is a necessity to preserve the Palestinian narrative from being lost and distorted and to enhance its credibility in the face of the international and global situation. The researcher followed a descriptive and analytical methodology and a qualitative approach, so it works to analyze the digital discourse of the content of some Palestinian bloggers on digital interactive platforms, the Palestinian bloggers active on interactive sites such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms were identified as a study community, and 19 Palestinian bloggers were selected as a study sample in different disciplines and content to conduct interviews to ensure inclusivity and diversity of digital tendencies, noting that the sample was selected based on the context of the study and its requirements, the criteria for selecting a sample of bloggers include digital activity Regularly, focusing on the Palestinian narrative, digital impact, media visibility or quotes, specialization or qualitative excellence, a personal blog, YouTube channel, podcast, or documentary visual content that supports the Palestinian narrative. Thus, the criteria ensure objective comprehensiveness in the study and the presence of the common element, which is support for the Palestinian cause, and they are consciously biased to exert efforts to establish a clear and true Palestinian narrative, and thus a sample was selected characterized by awareness and real support for the Palestinian narrative from various aspects, as they are characterized by the presence of large numbers of followers, have a high level of interaction on Social Media Space, and a prominent media appearance. The study was determined by adding spatial boundaries limited to Palestinian content published in the digital space (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms) and only with monitoring the reactions and interaction of followers, and the researcher also determined the study period between 2020 and 2026 for several reasons, most notably obtaining accurate results, in addition to the fact that the period after the Corona pandemic was a qualitative leap to the digital world, and therefore the most effective tool at the moment is Social Media Space, and accordingly it was identified and developed Spatial limits are represented in the analysis of the strategies followed by the Israeli occupation authorities through Social Media Space and the impact of their targeting of the Palestinian narrative, especially the digital one, and the researcher pointed out that its human limits are limited to Palestinian bloggers who are active in spreading the Palestinian narrative through Social Media Space. The study seeks to know the most prominent forms and strategies of Israeli digital interactions in the social media space and how they are employed to eliminate or weaken the Palestinian narrative, and therefore the study seeks to know the technical tools that bloggers use to strengthen and preserve their narrative, in order to know the role and impact of the Palestinian narrative locally and internationally, and to define the boundaries and limitations that bloggers face in their digital resistance represented in the Palestinian narrative to confront the campaigns and systematic attacks by the Israeli occupation to obstruct their digital transmission and document. The course of events. The importance of the study lies in knowing the role of digital interactions as a tool of resistance and defining the relationship between the Palestinian narrative and the digital space, as well as providing a strategic analysis of Palestinian bloggers and the constraints they face in order to find future solutions in defense of the Palestinian narrative. As a result, the researcher concluded that bloggers are exposed to systematic strategies such as personal distortion, misleading or distorting content, and other strategies, and that the Palestinian narrative is undermined in several ways, such as creating Israeli counter-narratives, and on the other hand, bloggers have enough awareness to be able to find some solutions to support their narrative, such as integrating visuals, audios, documentation, and simplification, and there are limitations from Social Media Space themselves such as algorithms. The researcher reached several recommendations centered on enhancing documentation, the trend of collective notation instead of individual, and diversifying methods to cover as much as possible, and recommended that the competent authorities improve the algorithms in a fairer way and establish specialized control in the pursuit of fake accounts. Academic bodies and scientific research also recommended directing scientific research towards the Palestinian narrative, its motives, causes and result.
