Abstract
In the current study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, as it is the most common in the study of human phenomena, and the study used a questionnaire tool to collect primary data, the study community was represented by all working employees, their number reached (111) questionnaires, (95) questionnaires were retrieved, with a recovery rate of 85.5 .Moreover, the results indicated with regard to the dimensions of organizational flexibility, that the dimension of “structure flexibility” achieved the maximum approval degrees with a relative weight 77.3 %, followed by "strategic flexibility" with a relative weight 76.7%, while after "operations flexibility" it ranked last with a relative weight 76.4%, and the results also indicated a high positive trend of approval towards the paragraphs of the organizational resilience scale, and the results indicated that there is a positive correlation between strategic ingenuity and organizational flexibility in Internet Service Companies Providers in its four dimensions, with the exception of the “strategy of exploiting opportunities”, The results also indicated that there is a positive impact of strategic ingenuity on organizational flexibility in companies providing Internet services in the southern Palestinian governorates, in conclusion, the results indicated that there were no differences in the average response of the respondents about strategic ingenuity and organizational flexibility due to demographic data (company, job title, gender, educational level, years of experience The study recommended the Internet Service Companies Providers in the southern governorates, to show more seriousness in adopting the concept of strategic ingenuity and the need to increase attention to organizational flexibility, in order to enable companies to identify and evaluate opportunities and threats, to meet the challenges of competitors in similar labor markets.
