Abstract
يدور موضوع الدراسة حول دور القوى الوطنية والأحزاب السياسية في تعزيز مشاركة المرأة لتحقيق التنمية السياسية في فلسطين، وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف إلى واقع القوى الوطنية والأحزاب السياسية في فلسطين، والكشف عن مستوى تعزيز مشاركة المرأة في التنمية السياسية في فلسطين، وإلقاء الضوء حول مستوى العلاقة بين القوى الوطنية والأحزاب السياسية وتعزيز مشاركة المرأة في التنمية السياسية في فلسطين، بالإضافة إلى بيان وجود فروق بين متوسطات استجابات المبحوثين حول مستوى القوى الوطنية والأحزاب السياسية الفلسطينية، وحول مستوى التنمية السياسية التي تعزى لمتغيرات: (النوع الاجتماعي، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، المسمى الوظيفي)، كما اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتناسب مع الهدف الرئيس للدراسة المتمثل بدراسة دور القوى الوطنية والأحزاب السياسية في تعزيز مشاركة المرأة في التنمية السياسية في فلسطين. تتكون مفردات مجتمع الدراسة من القيادات وصناع القرار في الأحزاب السياسية والقوى الوطنية والفلسطينية المتمثلة بـ (فتح، الجبهة الشعبية، حماس، الجهاد الإسلامي، الجبهة الديمقراطية، الحزب الشيوعي، حزب الشعب، الحزب الديمقراطي، حزب الخلاص، حزب النهضة)، فقد بلغ عددهم (919) حسب إحصائيات صادرة عن هذه الأحزاب السياسية والقوى الوطنية الفلسطينية لعام 2023. حيث اتبعت الباحثة أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة من صناع القرار داخل هذه الأحزاب السياسية والقوى الوطنية والفلسطينية، وتم التوصل لحجم عينة الدراسة المناسب (207) مفردات حسب المعادلة من أصل مجتمع مكون من (919) مفردة. وقامت الباحثة بتوزيع (207) استبانات على القيادات وصناع القرار، وتم استرداد (132) استبانة من أصل (207) بنسبة استرداد بلغت (63.76%). وتم استخدام الاستبانة والمقابلات كأدوات للدراسة من أجل الحصول على أدق النتائج والتوصيات. من أهم نتائج الدراسة: وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية وذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (≤ 0.05 α) بين القوى الوطنية والأحزاب السياسية بأبعاده المتمثلة (التمكين السياسي للمرأة الفلسطينية، تفعيل التوجه الديمقراطي لمشاركة المرأة السياسية، فاعلية المرأة في صنع القرار السياسية، تطوير الثقافة السياسية حول تمثيل المرأة الفلسطينية سياسياً)، ومشاركة المرأة في التنمية السياسية، ومن أهم التوصيات هذه الدراسة: يجب على الأحزاب السياسية والقوى الوطنية في فلسطين العمل على تطوير خطط و إستراتيجيات من أجل تطوير الثقافة السياسية حول تمثيل المرأة الفلسطينية سياسياً.
The subject of the study revolves around the role of national forces and political parties in promoting women's participation to achieve political development in Palestine. This study aimed to identify the reality of national forces and political parties in Palestine، exposing the level of enhancing women's participation in political development in Palestine. Shedding light on the level of relationship between national forces and political parties، and promoting women's participation in political development in Palestine. In addition to showing the existence of differences between the averages of the respondents' responses about the level of national forces and Palestinian political parties and about the level of political development attributable to the variables: (gender، age،
academic qualification، job title) to study the role of national forces and political parties in promoting women's participation in political development in Palestine. The study population consists of the leaders and decision makers of the political parties and the national and Palestinian forces represented by (Fatah، the Popular Front، Hamas، the Islamic Jihad، the Democratic Front، the Communist Party، the People's Party، the Democratic Party، the Salvation Party، and the Renaissance Party)، as their number reached ( 919) according to statistics
issued by these political parties and Palestinian national forces for the year 2023. The researcher followed the method of a simple random sample of decision makers within these political parties and national and Palestinian forces، and the appropriate study sample size was reached (207) individuals according to the equation out of a community consisting of (919) single. The researcher distributed (207) questionnaires to leaders and makers، and (132) questionnaires were retrieved out of (207)، with a recovery rate of (63.76%). The questionnaire and interviews were used as study tools in order to obtain the most accurate results and recommendations. Among the most important results of the study: the existence of a positive and statistically significant correlation at the level (≤ 0.05 α) between the national forces and political parties with its dimensions (the political empowerment of Palestinian women، activation of the democratic approach to women's political participation، women's effectiveness in political decision-making، Developing political culture on the political representation of Palestinian women) and women's participation in political development. One of the most important recommendations of this study is that political parties and national forces in Palestine should work on developing plans and strategies in order to develop political culture on the political representation of Palestinian women.
