Abstract
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر الجدارات القيادية في تعزيز ثقافة الإنجاز دراســة تطبيقية على وزارة التــربيـة والتعلـــيم العالي بالمحافظـــات الجنـــوبية الفلسطينية، ووظفت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأسلوبه المسحي الشامل، وتم استخدام الإستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وزعت على عينة مكونة من (126) من القيادات القيادية العاملين بالوظائف الإشرافية في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي الفلسطينية في المحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطينية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج؛ أبرزها:
1. أن مستوى الجدارات القيادية لدى القيادات القيادية في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي الفلسطينية في المحافظات الجنوبية قد كانت مرتفعة وجاءت بوزن نسبي 83.8% ، وأن بعد المهارات الإنسانية قد كان أكبر أبعاد الجدارات القيادية لدى القيادات القيادية في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي الفلسطينية في المحافظات الجنوبية وجاء بوزن نسبي 86.8% بينما بعد المهارات الفنية كان أقلها بوزن نسبي 81.1%.
2. أن مستوى ثقافة الإنجاز لدى القيادات القيادية في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي الفلسطينية في المحافظات الجنوبية قد كانت مرتفعة جدا جاءت بوزن نسبي 84.1%.
3. وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 بين الجدارات القيادية بأبعادها وثقافة الإنجاز في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين.
4. أن ابعاد الجدارات القيادية (الإنسانية – الذاتية-الفكرية – الفنية) كمتغيرات مستقلة تستطيع معا التنبؤ في 64.6% من التغيرات التي تحدث في المتغير التابع (ثقافة الإنجاز) لدي عينة الدراسة، كما يتبين أن بعد المهارة الفنية كان أكبر الأبعاد تأثيرا على المتغير التابع حيث كان معامله 0.327 في حين بعد المهارة الانسانية كانت أقل الابعاد تأثيرا حيث بلغ معامله0.140.
في ضوءالنتائج السابقة فأن الدراسة توصي تعليم الجدارات القيادية كيفية تفهم توزيع المهام والمسؤوليات على زملائهم تبعاً للقدرات والظروف، والقيام بالتدريبات لتنمية قدرات الجدارات القيادية على التنبؤ بالصعوبات والعقبات المحتمل حدوثها في العمل، وتدريب القادة على كيفية توجيه النصائح والإرشادات لزملائهم لإعلاء إنجازاتهم
The study aimed to identify the impact of leadership competencies on the culture of achievement, an applied study on the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in the southern governorates of Palestine.The study sample consisted of (126) leaders in the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education and Higher Education in the southern governorates working in supervisory positions.The researcher used the following tools: a questionnaire of leadership competencies and a questionnaire of the culture of achievement among the leading leaders in the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education and Higher Education in the southern governorates prepared by him. The study reached the following results: 1. The level of leadership competencies among the leadership competencies of the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education and Higher Education in the southern governorates was high and came with a relative weight of 83.8%, and that the dimension of human skills was the largest dimension of the leadership competencies of the leadership competencies of the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education and Higher Education in the southern governorates. with a relative weight of 86.8%, while the technical skills was the lowest with a relative weight of 81.1%. 2. The level of achievement culture among the leadership leaders in the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education and Higher Education in the southern governorates was very high, with a relative weight of 84.1%. 3. There is a direct statistically significant relationship at the level of 0.05 between leadership competencies and their dimensions and the culture of achievement in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in the southern governorates of Palestine. 4. The dimensions of leadership competencies (humanity - self-intellectual - artistic) as independent variables can together predict 64.6% of the changes that occur in the dependent variable (achievement culture) in the study sample, and it turns out that the technical skill dimension had the largest impact on the variable The dependent, where its coefficient was 0.327, while the human skill dimension was the least influential, as its coefficient was 0.140. In the light of the previous results, the study recommends teaching leadership competencies how to understand the distribution of tasks and responsibilities to their colleagues according to capabilities and circumstances, and conducting exercises to develop the capabilities of leadership competencies to predict the difficulties and obstacles likely to occur at work, and training leaders on how to direct advice and guidance to their colleagues to raise their achie
