| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of the study was to research the impact of smart leadership in enhancing the competitive advantage of SOS Children’s Villages in Palestine. The study used the descriptive analytical method. The study population consisted of (110) employees in SOS Children's Villages in Palestine. The researcher used the comprehensive survey method, where (110) questionnaires were distributed, and (87) were retrieved. With a recovery rate of (79.09%), the SPSS program was used to analyze the data. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The mart leadership in the SOS children's villages in Palestine obtained a relative weight of (80.632%) to a large degree, and the competitive advantage of the SOS children's villages in Palestine obtained a relative weight of (79.57%), and that was to a large degree. There is a direct, statistically significant, correlation between smart leadership and the competitive advantage in SOS Children's Villages in Palestine. There is a statistically significant effect of smart leadership on the competitive advantage in SOS Children's Villages in Palestine. There are no statistically significant differences for the average responses of the study community about smart leadership and competitive advantage according to personal and occupational variables. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Develop a department that is concerned with developing administrative systems in drawing and defining mechanisms and strategies that will contribute to increasing the effectiveness of smart leadership, which will positively affect making sound decisions. Develop team spirit and cooperation among employees in order to achieve functional integration. Supporting the efforts of SOS Children's Villages to pursue best practices in the field of emotional, rational, and spiritual leadership, and to benefit from the experiences of successful organizations in a way that contributes to improving their competitive position. Creating and constantly developing the work environment to encourage employees to present initiatives and suggestions that can bring about a strategic change and to develop the services of SOS Children's Villages. | en |
