| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف الى مدى قيام المرشدين التربويين ومديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الخليل بتطبيق الدور التكاملي في عملية الارشاد التربوي. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من فئتين، الأولى: جميع المرشدين التربويين ومديري المدارس التي بها مرشد تربوي في مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة الخليل وعددهم (658) مديراً ومرشداً تربوياً، والثانية: رؤساء أقسام الارشاد التربوي والمتابعة الميدانية في هذه المديريات وعددهم (7) أفراد. أما عينة الدراسة من الفئة الأولى فكانت عشوائية طبقية وعدد أفرادها (301) مرشدا نربوياً ومديراً، في حين شملت جميع أفراد الفئة الثانية. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي من خلال أداة الاستبانة، وتكونت من مجالين بهما (40) فقرة، إضافة الى أداة المقابلة. وتحققت الباحثة من الصدق والثبات بالطرق التربوية والاحصائية المناسبة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة من أداة الاستبانة أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمدى قيام المرشدين والمديرين بتطبيق الدور التكاملي في عملية الارشاد التربوي جاءت بدرجة عالية، وبمتوسط حسابي قدره( 4.22)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة احصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمدى قيام المرشدين والمديرين بتطبيق الدور التكاملي في عملية الارشاد التربوي تعزى لمتغيري: المسمى الوظيفي لصالح المدير، ولسنوات الخبرة في الوظيفة الحالية، لصالح من تزيد خبرتهم عن( 10) سنوات، في حين أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائياً تعزى لمتغيرات: المديرية، والجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، ومستوى المدرسة. أما بخصوص نتائج أداة المقابلة فقدد أظهرت النتائج أن رؤساء أقسام الارشاد التربوي والمتابعة الميدانية قد أشادوا بشكل عام بدور كل من المرشد التربوي ومدير المدرسة في العملية الارشادية، وخاصة عند تطبيق الدور التكاملي في هذه العملية. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات التي يمكن أن تعزز الدور التكاملي في عملية الارشاد التربوي في مدارس فلسطين ومنها عقد لقاءات تعريفية وتدريبية مكثفة للمديرين والمرشدين التربويين حديثي العهد حول أسس العملية الارشادية، وأوصت الباحثة أيضا بضرورة تعيين مرشد تربوي لكل مدرسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الارشاد التربوي، الدور التكاملي، محافظة الخليل، مدى. This study aimed to identify the extent to which educational counselors and government school principals in Hebron Governorate apply the integrative role in the educational counseling process. The study population consisted of two categories, the first: all educational counselors and principals of schools that have an educational counselor in the directorates of education in the Hebron governorate, and their number was (658), and the second: the heads of educational guidance departments and field departments in these directorates, and their number was (7) individuals. As for the study sample of the first category, it was stratified random, and its members were (301) educational counselors and principals, while it included all members of the second category. The researcher used the descriptive approach through the questionnaire tool, and it consisted of two aspects with (40) paragraphs, in addition to the interview tool. The researcher verified the validity and reliability using appropriate educational and statistical methods. The results of the study from the questionnaire tool revealed that the estimates of the study sample members of the extent to which counselors and principals apply the integrative role in the educational counseling process came to a high degree, with arithmetic mean of (4.22) . The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the ب significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the estimates of the study sample members due to the two variables: the job title in favor of the principals, and the years of experience in the current job, in favor of those whose experience exceeds more than (10) years, while the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variables: district, gender, educational qualification, and school level. As for the results of the interview tool, the results showed that the heads of the educational guidance and field departments generally praised the role of the educational counselors and the school principal in the guidance process, especially when applying the integrative role in this process. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations that can enhance the integrative role in the educational counseling process in Palestinian schools. Including holding briefings and training meetings for new principals and educational counselors on the foundations of the counseling process.
