| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة وضع تصور مقترح للتعليم المهني في مدارس محافظة أريحا والأغوار، بناء على دراسة واقع التعليم المهني في المحافظة من خلال الطلبة والمجتمع المحلي. وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة في الفصل الأول من العام الجامعي 2021-2022. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة الصف الحادي عشر في المدارس الثانوية في مدينة أريحا، والبالغ عددهم (773) طالباً وطالبة، وأفراد يمثلون مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي، أما عينة الدراسة، فتكونت من فئتين، الأولى عينة عشوائية طبقية من الطلبة، بلغ عددهم (219) طالباً وطالبة، والفئة الثانية عينة قصدية من المجتمع المحلي، وعدد أفرادها(11) فرداً لهم علاقة بالتعليم المهني بشكل أو بآخر، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، باستخدام أداة الاستبانة طبقت على الفئة الأولى من العينة، وأداة المقابلة طبقت على الفئة الثانية. وتم التأكد من الصدق والثبات بالطرق التربوية والاحصائية المناسبة. أشارت نتائج الاداة الأولى الاستبانه الى أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الطلبة لأسباب عزوف الطلبة عن التعليم المهني جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.29) وفق مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، وبنسبة 65.8%. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة احصائياً لتقديرات الطلبة لأسباب العزوف تعزى لمتغيري المسار وجهة الاشراف، في حين أشارت النتائج الى ضعف وجود فروق دالة احصائياً تعزى لمتغير الجنس. أما بخصوص الاداة الثانية (المقابلة) فقد أشارت النتائج الى أن واقع التعليم المهني في محافظة أريحا والأغوار متدنياً بسبب النظرة المجتمعية الدونية للتعليم المهني، كما تبين أن المحافظة بحاجة اهتمام أكثر من الجهات الرسمية، كونها بحاجة ماسة الى مدارس مستقلة للتعليم المهني تقدم تخصصات مهنية في مجالات: زراعية وصناعية وسياحية حسب احتياجات المدينة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بضرورة العمل على تعزيز مستوى الثقافة المجتمعية فيما يخص التعليم المهني، وتدعيم أسس التوجه اليه، وضرورة العمل على تفعيل دور المشاركة المجتمعية من قبل مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في دفع التوجه العام نحو التعليم المهني، كذلك التخطيط وبناء نماذج خاصة بتطوير التعليم المهني كونه يساعد في توفير فرص عمل لخريجي التعليم المهني، والحد من البطالة. This study aimed to create a proposed Model for vocational education in the schools of Jericho and the Jordan Valley, based on a study of the reality of vocational education in the governorate from the perspective of students and the local community. The study was implemented in the first semester of the academic year 2021-2022. The study population consisted of (773) male and female students from all eleventh-grade students in the secondary schools in the governorate of Jericho, as well as, individuals representing local community institutions. Study sample consisted of two categories, the first is a stratified random sample of students, consists of 219 male and female students. The second category is purposeful sample from the local community, consisted of (11) individuals who have relations to vocational education in one way or another. The study used the descriptive approach in which it used the questionnaire tool that was applied to the first category of the sample, and the interview tool that was applied to the second category. The validity and reliability were confirmed by appropriate educational and statistical methods. The results of the based of analising sata colledt by the estimation of the students’ sample members that relates to the reasons for the students’ abstaining from vocational education came to a medium degree, with an arithmetic average of (3.29) and 65.8% according to the Likert scale. The results also show that there were statistically significant differences in the students’ estimation of the reasons for abstaining due to the variables of the stream and the direction of supervision. However, the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences due to the gender variable. The results of the interview tool indicated that the reality of vocational education is low in the governorate of Jericho and the Jordan Valley due to the inferior social view of vocational education. It was also found that the governorate of Jericho is in dire need of independent schools for vocational education that offer agricultural, industrial and tourism programs according to the governorate’s needs. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the need to work on enhancing the level of society culture regarding vocational education and strengthen students’ tendencies towards it. Also, there is a need to work on activating the role of community represented by civil society institutions in pushing the general trend towards vocational education. In addition, the need to plan and build models for the development of vocational education, as it helps provide job opportunities for graduates, and reduce unemployment. Finally, the researcher developed a proposed Model for enhancing vocational education in the governorate of Jericho and the Jordan Valley, based on the results found by the researcher. | |
