Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع إدارة الوقت وعلاقته بجودة الأداء التدريسي لدى مديري المدارس في مدينة يطا من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وقد شمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع المعلمين والمعلمات في المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم – يطا. حيث بلغ عددهم (1470) معلماً ومعلمة في المديرية. وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، وبلغت (310) معلماً ومعلمة ما نسبته 21.1%. واستخدمت الباحثة أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات وانتهجت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي للوصول إلى النتائج.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ تقديرات المعلمين لواقع إدارة الوقت لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في مدينة يطا من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة أنّ تقديرات المعلمين لمستوى جودة الأداء التدريسي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية جاءت أيضاً بدرجة مرتفعة. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستوى إدارة الوقت لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية بمدينة يطا تعزى لجنس المعلمين ولمؤهلهم العلمي وسنوات خبرتهم ومستوى المدرسة التي يدرسون بها. وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستوى جودة الأداء التدريسي تعزى للمؤهل العلمي للمعلمين وسنوات خبرتهم ومستوى المدرسة التي يدرسون بها. بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستوى جودة الأداء التدريسي تعزى لجنس المعلمين وجاءت لصالح الذكور. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائياً، طردية ومرتفعة بين متغيري إدارة الوقت وجودة الأداء التدريسي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في مدينة يطا من وجهة نظر المعلمين.
وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية تخطيط مديري المدارس وتنظيمهم لجدول زمني دقيق للزيارات الصفية ومتابعة الأنشطة الصفية واللاصفية، وتطوير وتنفيذ برامج وأنشطة مشتركة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي وأولياء الأمور، والتواصل بشكل فعّال معهم وفق جدول زمني مدروس، يعزز التعاون ويثري التجربة التعليمية. كما أوصت بضرورة تعزيز برامج التدريب والتطوير المهني المستمر لمديري المدارس، لضمان تحقيق مستوى عال من الأداء التدريسي بشكل متساوٍ بين الذكور والإناث.
This study aimed to identify the reality of time management and its relationship to the quality of teaching performance among school principals in the city of Yatta from the teachers' perspective. The study population included all male and female teachers in public schools under the Yatta Directorate of Education, totaling 1,470 teachers. And the sample was selected using stratified random sampling of 310 teachers, representing 21.1%, was selected. The researcher used a questionnaire to collect data and adopted the descriptive correlational approach to reach the results. The study concluded that teachers' estimates of the reality of time management among public school principals in the city of Yatta from the teachers' perspective were high. The results also indicated that teachers' estimates of the level of teaching performance quality among public school principals were also high. The results showed no statistically significant differences in the level of time management among public school principals in Yatta attributed to the teachers' gender, academic qualification, years of experience, or the level of the school where they teach. The results also indicated no statistically significant differences in the level of teaching performance quality attributed to the teachers' academic qualification, years of experience, or the level of the school where they teach. However, there were statistically significant differences in the level of teaching performance quality attributed to the teachers' gender, favoring males. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant, positive, and high correlation between the variables of time management and teaching performance quality among public school principals in the city of Yatta from the teachers' perspective. The study recommended that school principals emphasize the importance of planning and organizing a precise schedule for classroom visits, monitoring both curricular and extracurricular activities, and developing and implementing joint programs and activities between the school, the local community, and parents. Effective communication with them should follow a well-planned timetable that enhances cooperation and enriches the educational experience. The study also recommended the need to strengthen continuous professional development and training programs for school principals to ensure a high level of instructional performance that is equally achieved by both male and female principals.
