| dc.description.abstract | Endometriosis is the most common non-cancerous gynecological disorder that affects women around the world, including those in the Middle East. It has a reported prevalence of 2 to 10%. However, estimating this number is challenging. Lack of knowledge about the disease leads to delays in diagnosis, which can result in serious complications, especially infertility. Therefore, awareness of the symptoms helps with quick diagnosis and treatment. Additionally, no research has been conducted in Palestine to evaluate Palestinian women’s understanding of endometriosis. This study aims to assess knowledge, perception, and management of endometriosis among Palestinian women and Gynecologists. | |
