This study came to focus on the poetry of Al –Fuqaha' in the era of molouk Al –Tawaef and Al- Murabiteen , and to reveal the hidden facts about it and negates a dominant belief stating that it was weak poetry The intention behind this study is that I did not find any comprehensive and independent study around this topic that reveals the objective and artistic characteristics of Al-Fuqaha poetry in that era, Moreover, most researchers and students gave much focus and emphasis to the literature of Andalusia in general neglecting to reveal the religious, social and ideological role of this poetry and because of the link between the poetry of Al-Faqeeh, status and his role in the political, social and literary aspects of life . It also aims to study the poetry of Al-Fuqahaa' in Al-Andalus in Molouk Al-Tawaef and Al-Murabiteen era, and to highlight the themes and topics dealt with by those poets. It also aims to study the artistic aspects of this type of poetry from all sides, and to complete or add to Husni Na'sah's study "The Poetry of Al-Fuqaha': the rise and development up to the end of the First Abbasi Era. This study is considered as a completion to what Husni Na'sa started. The integrative methodology was adopted in this study which makes use of other methodologies; but with special focus on using the descriptive analytical one in most of its chapters. The Historical Methodology was also exploited so as to make a follow – up of the political history of Al-Tawaef and Al –Murabiteen Kings at that time . The statistical methodology was also used in studying the rhyme and music of poetry. The researcher dealt with the political, social and ideological trends dominant at the era of the study, and the role of al-Fuqaha' in it. These were: Wisdom and asceticism, praise and satire, pride, elegy, description, flirting and others and the Linguistic structure , the musical structure, the imagery , and the effect of tradition . With regard to the outcomes and recommendations ,they highlighted the exuberant flow of Al-Fuqaha' poetry during this era, and the social status of the poets. The study also showed much of the works of many poets whose works didn't appear in a poetical collection, highlighting the different aspects that had been dealt with. The study also showed that the language of this poetry came as strong as the poetry of Al-Andalus at that era. The meanings and images were manifold in response to the variety of topics and themes dealt with by those poets. With regard to recommendations, the study highly recommends conducting similar studies around the topic but dealing with different times of Al-Andalus era , seeing that such studies will be considered as an extension to what has been dealt with in this study.en
