dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to identify the reality of applying e-governance in the universities of the central Palestinian regions from the point of view of their employees, through the main study axes, which are: (vision, strategy, mission and goals of the university, the principle of transparency, the principle of participation, the principle of accountability, the role of administrative leadership). The researcher has a descriptive and analytical approach, and to achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was prepared, the paragraphs of which were formulated using a number of previous studies and literature. 310 questionnaires were recovered, and the questionnaires were analysis was conductrd through the SPSS statistic metod . The study found that the overall degree of the reality of implementing e-governance in the universities of the central Palestinian regions from the point of view of their employees was large, and it was found that there are no significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the average of respondents' responses about the reality of applying e-governance in the universities studied. From the viewpoint of its employees, it is attributed to the variable of gender, educational qualification, workplace, nature of work, and it was found that there are significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the average responses of the respondents about the reality of applying e-governance in Palestinian universities from the point of view of their employees. The study came out with many recommendations, the most important of which were: the continuation of Palestinian universities in their policies to enhance their practices in the application of electronic governance, and the continuous pursuit of boards of trustees in Palestinian universities to approve more regulations for the standards and principles of university governance because of their tangible effects on their local and international performance, and strengthening the role of administrative leaders In universities, whether the boards of trustees or the boards of deanships and colleges, they continue to play their strategic roles towards supporting the implementation of e-governance in them.
