| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلبة المدارس الحكومية في مديرية التربية والتعليم/ جنوب الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمديرين، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المعلمين والمعلمات والمديرين في مديرية التربية والتعليم – جنوب الخليل خلال الفصــل الدراسيّ الثاني مــن العام (2023-2024)، والبالــغ عددهـــم (3100) معلماً ومعلمة، و(169) مديراً ومديرة وذلك حسب سجلات وزارة التربية والتعليم الرسمية، وتم أخذ عينة عشوائية من المعلمين (147) معلما و(228) معلمة، كما قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة بلغ عدد فقراتها (35) فقرة، موزعة على خمسة مجالات، هي: (القيم الوطنية، القيم الاجتماعية، القيم الأخلاقية، القيم الدينية، القيم المدنية). بغرض جمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلبة المدارس الحكومية في مديرية التربية والتعليم/ جنوب الخليل من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء مرتفعاً، وكانت تنمية القيم الوطنية بأعلى درجة، يليها تنمية القيم الأخلاقية، ثم تنمية القيم الاجتماعية، ثم تنمية القيم الدينية، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة تنمية القيم المدنية، كذلك بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في وجهات النظر الكلية للمعلمين حول دور الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس ، المؤهل العلمي ، التخصص ، سنوات الخبرة ،وجنس المدرسة). وتم أخذ عينة قصدية من المديرين وتم إجراء مقابلات شخصية معهم للتعرف على الدور الذي يقومون به لتنمية قيم المواطنة وكانت اجاباتهم تؤكد اغلب النتائج التي حصل الباحث عليها من بيانات الاستبانة التي طبقت على المعلمين، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث تم تقديم جملة من التوصيات من أهمها: التأكيد على المحافظة على دور مرتفع ومتقدم للإدارات المدرسية في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطلبة والتأكيد على زيادة الاهتمام بالقيم المدنية وتطوير نموذج إشرافي جديد لتقويم أداء الإدارات المدرسية يحتوي على كافة العناصر التربوية المطلوب تقيمها ويدخل ضمنها جهود الادارات المدرسية في مجال تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى منتسبي المدرسة .وذلك بهدف تنمية قيم المواطنة بين طلبة المدارس الحكومية في مديرية التربية والتعليم - جنوب الخليل | ar |
| dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to identify the role of school administration in developing citizenship values among students in government schools within the Directorate of Education South Hebron from the perspective of teachers and principals. The study employed a descriptive analytical methodology. The research population consisted of all teachers and principals in the Directorate of Education South Hebron during the second semester of the academic year (2023-2024), totaling (3,100) male and female teachers and (169) male and female administrators according to official records from the Ministry of Education. A random sample of (147) male teachers and (228) female teachers was selected. The researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (35) items, distributed across five domains: (national values, social values, ethical values, religious values, civic values to gather data from the study sample. The results indicated that the role of school administration in developing citizenship values among students in public schools in the Directorate of Education South Hebron from the teachers' perspective was rated highly. The development of national values received the highest score followed by the development of moral values, social values, religious values, and lastly civic values. The study also revealed no statistically significant differences in the overall perspectives of teachers regarding the role of school administration in promoting citizenship values among students. It is attributed to the study variables (gender, academic qualification, specialization, years of experience, and school gender). Additionally, a random sample of administrators was interviewed to explore their role in promoting citizenship values. Their responses confirmed most of the findings obtained from the data collected through the teachers' questionnaire. Based on the research findings, several recommendations such as: emphasizing the maintenance of a high and advanced role for school administrations in developing citizenship values among students, and emphasis on increasing attention to civic values. Additionally, developing a new supervisory model for evaluating the performance of school administrations that includes all the educational elements that need to be assessed, incorporating the efforts of school administrations in developing citizenship values among the school community. were made to enhance citizenship values among students in public schools within the Directorate of Education South Hebron. | en |
