Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of an e-learning based program on the development of emotional intelligence and verbal expression among the fifth grade students in Hebron governorate. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the quasiexperimental method in the study. The sample consisted of (25) fifth grade students‟ from Abu Jihad Secondary School for Male Students. The students were selected using the purposive sample method. The researcher used a test to measure emotional intelligence, a note card to measure verbal expression, observation and interview approaches, and an e-learning program. The study found that there are differences in the dimensions of emotional intelligence development level among fifth grade students in Hebron governorate due to the method variable (the normal method, the e-learning based program method). The study found that there are differences in the dimensions of the development of verbal expression among the fifth grade students in Hebron governorate due to the method variable. The differences were in favor of the post-test, which is the e-learning method. The researcher recommended encouraging the use of technology in education as it helps to develop the mental abilities of students in the elementary stage and raise the level of interaction among students. Also, the use of technological methods in developing the children‟s verbal abilities, specifically the use of audio and video in the delivery of information will raise the students‟ of understanding and comprehension levels.
